I wouldn't say least helpful, but sometimes it gets hard to control some actions.

Great for firm wide collaboration and presentation outline and prep that references precedents

Wikis are sometimes confusing and a static version of filed notes that can't be live edited after a certain time would make even more useful as a repo

real-time collaboration especially on note-taking and repo-ing important historical documents

It's very straigh-forward to use, it performs well with pretty much any kind of question and it's really helpful in quickly retrieving information from the depths of Notion. I use it on a daily basis to find relevant information.

Doesn't perform quite as well as chatGPT does.

As a marketing manager, Notion is my go-to workspace for one big reason: centralization. It brings all my planning, collaboration, and documentation into one sleek platform. I like Customizable Workspaces, and having Docs + Databases in One place. i use it very frequently.

I can get a bit sluggish when using very large databases.

Notion solves the problem of scattered information by centralizing our knowledge base, and its AI writing assistant makes it super easy to brainstorm and create content with my team/
