What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about notion is its flexibility. we can design our work flows exactly the way we want like notes, documentation of our projects or team collaboration. Its database functionality is very easy to use and solves our problem to use other dedicated tools for database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion offline support is somewhat limited to use. when we work with very large datasets the performance sometimes slows down but this has also improved over time with updates.

I use Notion to manage and separate my tasks according to timelines using the calendar, which gives a clean and simple outlook. Notion really helps me stay organized by keeping all my tasks in a way that's easy to follow. I really like how I can put tasks in different views according to work needs and set timelines so I can clearly see how much time is left to complete tasks. I also use headings, tables, and checklists for my work and add images to make it look better and manage my personal work more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start, working on Notion is quite overwhelming because of the sheer amount of features present. It does get overwhelming for a person who is starting out. There are a lot of features, and offline use is quite limited as well, which can be improved. The initial setup was quite hard because there were so many features present.

Notion's templates are quite useful for my needs. I really like Notion AI as it helps me read my own information faster. The customization options are great; I can save my work as audio or Excel files, and add buttons whenever needed. I also appreciate the variety in storage facilities for any type of file or inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could use a more simplified version for beginners. It would be helpful to have a mode where we can choose how much customization we want. Also, having the option to save our own shortcuts would make things easier. The initial setup was quite difficult, but it gets easier after that.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’m using Notion for projects and meeting notes, but honestly it’s not very smooth always. The project feature looks good, but setting it up takes too much time. For simple work it feels over complicated, and sometimes I forget where I saved things.

An All-in-One Productivity Engine for Relentless Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Notion is how it consolidates all my work in a single location, saving me from the hassle of constantly switching between different tools. Its flexibility allows me to manage notes, projects, documentation, and planning seamlessly, which aligns well with a fast-paced, always-on work environment. I also value the ability to tailor workflows to my specific needs and expand them as my workload increases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback I’ve noticed is that performance can suffer when pages become very large or complex, which tends to slow me down during demanding work sessions. Additionally, some of the more advanced features require a bit of a learning curve. The limited offline functionality can also be frustrating when I need to work without a stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses the issue of scattered information and disjointed workflows by bringing everything together in one unified system. This consolidation saves me hours each week, eases my mental load, and enables me to remain focused, organized, and productive as I manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The best beta reader I could ask for!
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Assistant! I use it to review my novel chapters, it provides feedback like a beta reader without me fearing my work getting stolen. It also helps me find songs that match the chapter, and tell me how characters are viewed from an outside source. It also expresses interest which is charming!
What do you dislike about the product?
At most, sometimes the app is glitchy. I cant open ai conversations on my ipad and sometimes the chat just wont open period, not the worst thing though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding songs to match up to each chapter, telling me if ive overwritten or underwritten, it also lets me know where I mightve been too vauge or what them as a "reader" is wondering. Its hard for me to review my own work because I know too much about it, so I can never properly "refresh" my mind to get a clean view, but this Assistant does that for me! It also lets me know what questions I left unanswered and what it thinks of my writing style, which makes it easy to know what to keep and what to fix.
User-Friendly and Versatile with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for keeping track of my work, writing essays, and organizing tasks. I find it user-friendly and appreciate its easy writing features with different fonts and the ability to export in various formats. I really like its user interface, particularly how the tools are organized, which makes it easy for any beginner to start using immediately without setup hassles. For my team and me, switching from a basic to-do list app to Notion provided us with better tools and a superior experience. The initial setup of Notion was very easy as well since there was essentially nothing that needed to be set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had better AI integration for grammar correction.

Great for Collaboration, but Laggy
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's real-time collaboration feature the most. It's very useful and reliable, which really enhances our team workflows. Last time, when I used it with my team, we were able to quickly update statuses and it was much faster compared to using Slack for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be quite slow and lagging, especially on devices with lower RAM. For example, four GB RAM is enough to make it laggy, and even eight GB isn't completely enough. You need to have a really good Internet, or else it will lag. Even with good Internet, it lags on many devices. It's also quite bulky, even when we don't need it to be. I wish there was an option to reduce the bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion is great for organizing, categorizing, and keeping documentation. Its customization gives flexibility I don't get in many other software. Collaboration is effective, facilitating fast communication and status updates.
Effortless Knowledge and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion makes it easy to create a hierarchy of linkable information and present data in multiple ways that can be reused. It's great how easy it is to just sit down and start writing. The AI features are really nice too, especially when integrated with Slack. It works pretty well, and setting it up was easy from what I understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more free form layout options.
