What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistant knocks my socks off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI is sloppy, but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion is the best all around!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a super useful tool! I use it every day as a project manager. Notion AI meetings has been a game changer for our team. The transcription feature and summary is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think there is anything I dislike about Notion. They continue to release big updates to better improve productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows for our organization to have a place to track all of our projects. It's been a really reliable tool! The automations with Slack are helpful as well. We utilize this feature quite often.

What do you like best about the product?
Great at summarizing content and directing you to relevant content. For an early-stage AI, it's quite useful. Very easy to find and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No/limited memory and very limited in its ability to do complex tasks. Can't, for example, ask it to duplicate content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion enables cross-team collaboration for us. We have working docs that several people can contribute to. It also often provides a central source of truth.
Good for small knowledge, needs improvements for a ton of knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Good UX and very direct in its usage. Integration with Slack has been awesome with NotionAI.
What do you dislike about the product?
NotionAI has a lot of room to grow to overcompensate the search. The search functionality and how to organize things is kind of a pain. Also, mass migrations can require a lot of work. This can be aggravated with the fact that is hard to test new ways of organising knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to give me answers about my org with as little friction as possible.

Keeps me really organized I track all my projects with Notion. My company also uses it as our entire knowledge base.

It has a learning curve, took me a while to learn, but I got it now.

Helps with organization and knowledge sharing. My whole company uses it for all our documents and its the source of truth. We rely on notion.
Favorite organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create different documents, whether its to-do lists, calendars, timelines or tracking work ledgers. I find this really useful for all work tasks

Sharing Notion pages and organization is a little bit more difficult from an organizational stand point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with storing SPAR documents and project management and planning for our analytics team. We use it to track a lot of experiments and project updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use, and very intuitive. The ability to put things into toggle lists so that your work stays decluttered is fantastic. I struggle with organization anyway, and this makes things so simple and easy.
Integrating AI makes things even better! It’s so simple to get ideas, and pop it right into whatever you are working on. Love Notion!

There is a small learning curve, but I think that goes with any new software that you’re using. But it is very intuitive and easy to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When trying to come up with new ideas to integrate into my notes, the AI is fantastic at helping me find exactly what I need.

Keeping all information and documentation in one place. Synced across apps, browsers and mobile.
Notion Boosts My Productivity, Couldn't Live Without It
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion provides me a place to ideate and create both structured & unstructured information to map out the work I'm doing. Combined with sharing and collaboration, it's the swiss army knife of productivity tools and competitors cannot even come close.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like databases to be a tad more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes keeping everyone on the same page simple and straightforward. We can collaborate heavily with comments, edits, suggestions, and transform ideas into projects, workflows, and knowledge in a place that acts as our "source of truth."
Love the flexibility and options
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of different templates there are, the computing and ability to do math, as well as organizing my information
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could auto code information for research, and I wish it would auto cite articles. I wish the AI was a bit more robust and able to search through the articles I have listed on the page.
