Easy Setup, Perfect for Daily Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very efficient for tracking the progress of my workout and planning it. What I like most is the free built-in templates Notion provides, as I can use them for related work like daily tasks. The initial setup was very easy and beginner-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion should give more built-in free templates. Free templates are good but Notion is giving the templates which are the basic ones. It would be better if it also gives some advanced featured templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Highly Flexible Yet Performance Can Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's ability to modify templates to fit exactly how we want them. We use a customized CRM for our agency, and it's really helpful. The flexibility is great, which is why we moved from OneNote to Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion gets slow as the file size increases. When the notebook size gets too large, it becomes slow to use.

Customization in Notion is a big selling point, but it's a bit overwhelming. Teams spend more time designing systems than actually using them. There is no strong workflow option out of the box. The mobile experience is slow and clunky, and editing large pages on mobile is frustrating and often unreliable. It's good for individuals but weak for team collaboration. Real-time editing can lag, and the role-based access control isn't enough for large organizations. The initial setup wasn't easy.

I can clearly structure my study plans, break tasks into smaller steps, and revisit notes easily, saving time and reducing mental clutter. I most of the time use Notion as a central workspace, as it acts as the main place where everything is linked together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and learning curve can feel overwhelming, especially when starting from scratch. It can also feel a bit slow at times when pages become too heavy with content. When pages contain large databases, many nested blocks, or heavy embeds, performance can lag and scrolling becomes less smooth. Better optimization for large pages or lightweight modes for text-heavy workflows would improve the experience. Honestly, initial set up was complicated for me (after registering) compared to Google Keep or OneNote.

I love the clean and minimalist UI because it feels like there's no complexity in Notion, and I really prefer minimal UI designs. I love that it doesn't rush me or scream with notifications, just waits until I'm ready. Whether it's a busy day or a quiet day, I like that it's flexible and meets me where I am. If my brain feels organized, I can build clean systems. Overall, Notion gives my brain a place to rest, allowing me to write things down and not have to carry them around anymore.

One big thing is speed. When my internet is slow or I just want to quickly jot something down, Notion can feel a bit heavy. Sometimes I don't want a powerful workspace, I just want instant writing and Notion is not always the fastest for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Notion's easy-to-use interface and intuitive data structure. It's a great tool for organizing information, creating wikis, and tracking timelines. I also love the huge community of users that share best practices, which really helps in maximizing the platform's potential. The very easy initial setup, where we just needed to set up profiles before our usage evolved gradually, makes Notion stand out. Switching from Trello was a good move because Notion not only handles project management well but also adds impressive knowledge management and note-taking capabilities.

I think Notion could be improved with more tutorial videos and AI-driven recommendations about how to use the platform better.
