Notion AI Supercharges My Productivity with Smart, Seamless Assistance

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is deeply integrated into the workspace, making it easy to generate content, summarize meeting notes, brainstorm ideas, or even clean up writing without switching apps. The quality of AI output is surprisingly strong—it's especially helpful for outlining documents, creating to-do lists, and rewriting text in different tones.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the AI is impressive, it sometimes gives generic responses or lacks deeper context for more technical content. Also, its features can feel a bit hidden unless you actively explore them—there’s a learning curve for discovering its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by drafting emails, summarizing articles, and helping structure long documents. It’s also useful when I hit writer’s block or need to rephrase ideas quickly. For daily workflows, it acts like a second brain—always ready to assist without being intrusive.

Great tool but a bit confusing

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of creating wiki pages. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to document and organize information. I use it every day and appreciate how quickly I can spin up new content without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience is smooth, working with tables can be frustrating. The ease of use tends to drop off when editing or formatting tables, which can interrupt the otherwise seamless workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep all my information organized in one place, whether it’s documentation, notes, or project plans. Instead of jumping between multiple tools, I can centralize everything, which saves time and keeps my workflow much more streamlined.

    Information Technology and Services

Versatile and easy (kind of)

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is its versatility and flexibility. Being able to use a Notion page for almost anything is super useful. One place to create simple notes to complex databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most is the learning curve. Its versatility and flexibility comes with the downside of being difficult to learn and use. The interface elements can seem ambiguous and even constrained, even given the aforementioned flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of work progress, managing and storing documentation and reporting, and collaborative knowledge sharing and note taking. These things benefit our organization to be effective and in sync with each other.

Professionally -> I'd like more features with database formuals

Manage your task with Notion

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is the task data base and being able to connect it to notion calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets to complicated if you want to build stuff. You would have to buy a template to be able to have a nice notion page. I wish they made more free templates and also easy integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just organization for me so far. I use it to keep track of my task and also for notes sometimes.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Loved the way it is able to answer questions about the documents we have stored using AI like chatgpt style prompting and responses. It' s uper accruate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little more user centric. Make the general UI and fonts look a little more big, helping spotting things quickly and navigation much easirer I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capability to easily store and retirive documenst, make it version controlled. Allow to find answers wtihout opening the documents. One place for all our documents and intgeration with our applications like rippling, fresh service etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The power to create a second brain. Being able to connect different projects/initiatives in one single space. How handy is the information while navigating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too complex. It took us a long time to learn how to use the tool and I think that you can do better at providing trainings. Sync blocks is really hard. Also, AI is limited, we have enterprise account yet cant use the AI? That's not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified workspace to keep track of Projects related to OKRs across the company.

It allow us to stay updated and to link initiatives cross-team.
