It's pretty user friendly. However, there are some aspects that I don't like. No offline mode.
What do you like best about the product?
It's helps you to be very organized. You can also managed your information easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of Notion’s key challenges is its steep learning curve. With a vast array of blocks and templates to choose from, it can be difficult to know where to begin. This abundance of options can feel overwhelming, particularly for new users, and may hinder efficient use of the platform. It can be bit much.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my go to, every day, at my work. It has transformed the way we work and has streamlined our work so significantly that we couldn't live without it. Everyone is there, from engineering to Devops to sales. Its recent AI integrations are so deep and helpful that it seems like magic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some annoying issues when working with toggles, but it's OK once you learn to live with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge sharing between the different divisions has been the most important problem that it solved for us.
Notion has completely transformed our company's method of communication amongst our franchise.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and simplicity of it. Literally, anyone can use notion. The ability to connect multiple locations in one system, quickly and easily is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's downsides, more so of there's just a lot of possibilities. Really trying to identify what it can do and what we want it to do, sometimes make things a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it helped our company solve is HOW to organize a large amount of information for multiple locations spread across multiple states.
Excellence in schedule management and as a notebook
What do you like best about the product?
In schedule management, tasks such as entering tasks have become significantly easier with Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no particular inconveniences, but I found it inconvenient that transcription cannot be used unless you keep updating to the latest version of Mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is common with other AI tools as well, but the inability to count characters is inconvenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Cleanest and most utilitarian UI I've seen in a long while
What do you dislike about the product?
A little fixed in place in terms of fonts and text edits (line distance, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI feels marginally more authetic, smooth, humanitized and integrated than other editing AIs

What do you like best about the product?
I love the endless possibilities for formatting content in Notion. This tool has been instrumental in helping my organization share and document knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can get confusing with permissions regarding nested pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m currently using it as a hub for our learning resources as we do not have an LMS. It’s serving us well, but we don’t have the ability to understand usage metrics outside of page views.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI - smoothness of usage. I always feel organised with my Notion pages and workspaces

Not many customisable options. there could be more ways to customise workflows and technical options

I'm able to have access to my work space history of notes and knowledge that and combine that with my personal note taking usage to have a total system of ownership of the way I look my workflow to feel and look.

I like that notion AI connects with slack and Google drive. Making it easy to find information

I feel like notion AI’s writing abilities could be better. Chatgpt is better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can organize your tasks, and projects so seamlessly and even include visuals to make it more appealing to you for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think it takes some time to learn the product, I had to watch several youtube videos based on the need I had (for example, organizing tasks, building a task manager, etc). The Notion 101 Academy is helpful but it can be a little overwhelming on where to start, and reading all the instructions etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep everything in one place, in a centralized system for our teams too. It's only a little tough to still have files in Google Drive, and also uploading them in Notion (feels like we are doing duplicate work) BUT other than that, it's definitely saving us some time with finding items, staying organized and prepared.
