Creative Workflow Enhanced with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can take conversations from ChatGPT and save them and expand upon them for research and personal use on Notion. I like the Block chain idea the most, being able to save an idea within an idea within an idea, as well as that AI is embedded within pages. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough to determine all the things that I don't like, but I find myself using ChatGPT for soundboarding ideas and Notion for research and saving those ideas in a place where I can return to them. So it would be nice if NotionAI had more of a conversational element to it. I guess one other thing about Notion is that I don't understand or know all that it has to offer, and I want to learn more how to use it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can save ChatGPT conversations, expand on them for research and personal use, and organize ideas and information.
Notion's AI Assistant: A Daily Work Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for its AI assistant, which is a huge help in answering all my questions about internal processes. I really appreciate how quickly I can get answers without needing to go to other resources or ask people. The Notion AI is 100% the best tool I have for my day-to-day tasks. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the pages can get tricky sometimes - and also changes can sometimes be made too easily by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for its AI assistant to quickly get answers about internal processes, saving time by not needing to ask others.
Daily Notion usage for project management and writing improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize my different views and appreciate the versatility. I use Notion daily, and it helps me stay on top of what I need to get done for work. I also used Notion heavily when I was searching for a job two years ago. The AI was extremely helpful when it came to reworking my resume and writing coverletters. I also used it to keep track of the status and information for each job I applied to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to find some things, or I wish I could more easily customize my table views.. Like I wish I could use Excel-style formulas in the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my daily work is the biggest win for me from Notion. My manager and his boss have both complimented me on how organized I am, and I really attribute that to Notion. My manager's manager even started using it after I showed him my boards!
Great AI software that will increase productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features are super good. It helps massively to increase the speed that I can work at as I can just put it together in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really hard to use without the AI features. You need to use the AI to unlock its capability.

Helping me organise my work quicker and put all the information I need into easily trackable and displayed sections.
AI Assistant & Ease of Use Makes Agency Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI assistant and how simple it makes project management. Additionally, we were able to create client portals by using guest additions, which allow our clients to see the upcoming steps we are taking on their accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike. However, I would appreciate seeing more integrations added in the future, such as HighLevel and support for our own AI accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it to manage both our virtual assistants and our agency projects. It serves as a beautiful, easy all-in-one solution for our team at the moment.
Aesthetic and Versatile with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Notion! It's so helpful to be able to have databases set up for all of my content and scheduling. I love that you can design Notion to be aesthetically pleasing. The visual appeal makes all of my work more calming and fun. The databases help me find everything quickly and repurpose 100's of podcast episodes and posts inside my community.

I haven't found anything that doesn't work.

Notion solves my lack of organization, structure, and helps me stay focused.
Boosts Productivity with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI search across my own notes and the company knowledge base. I also love using the note-taking feature tied in with Zoom, and how Zoom transcripts and summaries allow me to be more present in meetings while still having accurate notes to refer to. The ease with which I can create notes is great. I also use Notion as a To-Do list and territory planner. Having my calendars tied into Notion and using the Notion Calendar as my primary calendar view works well for me. It's nice that I have Zoom and Google Drive connected. Installing Notion was a breeze, and I didn't need any help beyond the tutorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to use the table feature in a note to create a territory plan, but ended up moving that project to Google Sheets because it was a little too cumbersome. The biggest issue was the 'view.' I couldn't get a large table to appear in the window I needed and it also doesn't have as many formatting features as a spreadsheet does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep my notes organized, enjoy the AI search across my notes and knowledge base, and the integration with Zoom helps with meeting transcripts and summaries for accurate notes.

It can be intimidating to understand where to start. It is such a robust and blank canvas that it takes time to understand.

AI Notion Makes Organizing Unstructured Data Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Notion feature is incredibly useful and excels at handling unstructured data. I find it extremely helpful in organizing and making sense of information that doesn't follow a set format.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isn't immediately intuitive and requires some time to become familiar with and learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating a database to track my venture portfolio, and so far it has proven to be both very useful and intuitive.
Seamless Collaboration and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for how easy and accessible it is, making it simple to format things and collaborate with others. The forward slash key is great for choosing titles, fonts, and embedding links. The collaborative feature is valuable because it eliminates the need to email documents back and forth, letting us work on a page simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Its excellent and very helpful!

I use Notion for sharing information with the team, keeping everyone updated, and collaborating on documents, which avoids back-and-forth email exchanges.
