The AI Agents were lacking connections and flexability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe AI assistant and note taking was very helpful in my day to day role as a Sales person.

Indispensable for PhD Organization, but Steep Learning Curve

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having just started my PhD program, I quickly found Notion to be an indispensable tool. It has helped me manage everything from tracking assignments to organizing my research, making it by far the best application for creating a personalized workspace that stores all the data, documents, and resources I need. I've also started using Notion for my job, and the features I find most helpful are the AI Writing Assistant and AI Meeting Notes. After attending a recent conference, I relied on AI Meeting Notes for every session, which gave me thorough, annotated, and synthesized notes to review, along with clear and accurate action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be challenging to set up and navigate, as it comes with a steep learning curve. Fortunately, there are plenty of templates available that you can use as a starting point when creating your workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been instrumental in helping me take and organize notes from meetings, and it is quickly becoming my preferred tool for managing project tasks and timelines.

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That i can write something that can be consulted later, after months and years. It helps me seeing the mind changes I have. Now, with the new AI integrations and makes it much better and easy to find any piece of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say I would love them to release an update where tables have more functions like an Excel File, rows and columns easy to be moved. In summary, to make it more user friendly and seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me automating my business workflow and keeping track of my tasks

Versatile and Organized, But AI Needs Some Improvement

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion provides an easy set-up process with a supportive team that responds quickly, which helped me get started without much hassle. The platform's extensive documentation and available shortcuts make it easier to learn and use its various features efficiently. Notion's ability to solve organization problems has been instrumental in helping my team scale our impact significantly. I find the use of pages and databases very effective for managing different companies and contacts, and it also aids in building a comprehensive database for AI model training. The integration with tools like Google Mail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar has greatly facilitated my workflow. I also really like how clean and organized the interface is, as it helps keep my team organized. The regular updates to the AI features indicate a commitment to keeping the platform current and impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the AI features in Notion to be somewhat underdeveloped and not as robust as I would like. It has taken me some time to figure out exactly how to use and leverage the AI agent mode effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to solve organization problems, helping my team scale our impact. It aids in organizing databases, contacts, and project management while ensuring financials are in order. This organization allows us to build a large database for AI training data, enhancing our productivity.

Notion is a need-to-have to support my work needs

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
notion has become a non-negotiable for me in the workplace. It is where I organize all relevant information for my clients - everything from implementation and technical resources, roles and responsibilities, monthly and weekly meeting notes, product requests, and customer escalations. I have been working internally to mandate notion for when teams are handing over accounts to new managers. I think it should be our standard best practice. It's super easy to use, extremely user friendly. I didn't have any proper training on it, i taught it to myself and had no issues. I use it daily and can't do my job without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
the Notion AI feature is not always the strongest but I believe that could be attributed to my organization having a bunch of resources and difficulty finding the source of truth within all the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization - not taking. Knowledge base - go to search hub before having to bother co-workers. Project management and program management where needed across complex clients.

Powerful but frustratingly slow - flexibility comes at a performance cost

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is genuinely impressive - you can mold Notion into almost anything you need. The database functionality is powerful once you understand it, and the ability to create linked databases and relations between pages is unmatched. The clean, minimalist interface is beautiful, and the templates community is helpful for getting started. Cross-platform sync works reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much tbh, it meets the exceptions what I need daily just to organize my projects, clients and daily tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion consolidates documentation, project tracking, and note-taking into one place, which reduces app switching. However, the benefits are offset by performance issues - what we gain in consolidation, we lose in speed and reliability. It's solving organizational sprawl but creating new friction with its sluggish interface and unreliable offline functionality.

Great for Team Task Management and Collaboration

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quite helpful in managing my schedule and prioritising tasks, along with my friends.
Adding friends to my group so that we can work on the project together, and managing updates regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike is the poor mobile app experience and lagging issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've seen how messy it gets when team project information is scattered everywhere, making it hard to find what we need. Using a knowledge base solves this. It gives everyone one place to find the right answers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion makes it easy to find information, speeding up my workflow and boosting productivity.

Notion AI Impresses, But Auto-Save and Databases Need Work

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I was skeptical at first, but it's really grown on me. I like that you can have one document and then share that into several different spaces, so that it can stay updated. The AI is top-of-the line and I really love it! I wish we'd taken more time to map out how we wanted our Notion to look, but that's on us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have trouble with the "auto-saving". I will go to creat something, click on the link, and there, it's saved. It's not easy to cancel or delete mistakes, and the databases are hard to understand (but Notion AI really helps).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm better able to sort my work and see it "all together" and that helps me prioritize. I mostly use it as a repository for my team, where I store announcements, work processes, technical and how-to documentation, and more.
