I think at first it’s pretty confusing to learn about on your own. Making your own page can be difficult when first using the program.

Packed with Features That Elevate Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of features, many of which I still haven't fully explored! The AI notetaking and writing assistant are so powerful. I also like the UI design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy. Pages jump around, dead zones on pages when trying to select pieces of text. It could be more intuative sometimes and share the same shortcuts as other applications.

My poor notetaking skills. The AI writing assistant and the AI notetaking feature for Zoom meetings are so valuable! I love the visual elements to Notion, like being able to use icons and different colours.
Notion's AI and Calendar Enhance Daily Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI meeting notes feature in Notion as it allows me to capture and elaborate on meeting details effortlessly, enhancing my organization and thought optimization. The ability to ask the AI to further elaborate on notes is something I find particularly beneficial, as it helps clarify ideas that I may not have fully formed on my own. Additionally, I am impressed with Notion's calendar functionality. The integration of task writing and optimization within the Notion calendar is a feature I really like, as it streamlines my scheduling and task management processes. These features contribute significantly to my daily use of Notion for organizing my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that when I use Notion AI to enhance my thoughts, it posts below what I've already written instead of optimizing the existing text. I wish it could directly integrate improvements into the text I've written or use its AI capabilities to make the content more aesthetically pleasing, perhaps by adding color or enhancing its appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion consolidates my scattered notes, optimizing my thought process and task organization with AI-driven insights. It replaces numerous notebooks, enhancing productivity by fleshing out ideas and efficiently managing tasks via AI meeting notes and calendar features.
Flexible Tool, Notion Consolidates But Needs Better Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its remarkable flexibility; it's incredibly versatile in handling various tasks as long as you can imagine it. This versatility is especially helpful because it means I don't have to juggle multiple software tools to accomplish my tasks; instead, I can consolidate everything within Notion itself. This makes my workflow more efficient by reducing the number of tools, which in turn eases my mental load. Additionally, Notion simplifies communication by providing easy access to documents, saving me time otherwise spent scrolling through endless messages in applications like Slack. It effectively allows for seamless sharing and referencing of information, making communication straightforward and efficient. Moreover, the initial setup of Notion was a breeze for me because of my previous personal use, which is a significant advantage for anyone familiar with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there's a lot of information sprawl in Notion. It's problematic when the same document or information is created multiple times, leading to redundancy. This makes it difficult to determine if any documentation already exists. There's a concern about repeating information and having old, outdated information that complicates finding current and relevant data. Also, many pages are created by people who might no longer be part of the organization, adding to the confusion about what's up-to-date. Moreover, although Notion is flexible, it's not as customizable as I would like, often requiring hacky workarounds, especially in a professional setting where such workarounds aren't ideal. I also feel there's a significant learning curve, which makes it challenging for non-technical users to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion helps streamline communication, reducing the need to repeat yourself and making it easier to access information quickly. It saves time and consolidates tools by providing a single platform for documentation and task management.

Exceptionally Organized and Perfect for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is very organized and allows us to collaborate effectively as a team. The ability to create shared pages, link related projects, and customize workspaces makes it easy to keep everything in one place. I love how flexible it is — whether we’re tracking projects, sharing meeting notes, or building internal documentation, Notion adapts to our workflow seamlessly. It’s also visually clean and intuitive, which makes collaboration feel smooth and efficient. We also really appreciate the synced blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is incredibly flexible, that flexibility can also be its biggest drawback. It often requires a lot of setup and maintenance to get things running smoothly, and it’s easy to spend more time building systems than actually using them. It can also feel a bit slow or overwhelming for quick note-taking or simple task management. Sometimes I don't know where I should go in order to find the appropriate page.

This feature makes it easy for me to concisely collect and manage action items from various meetings, streamlining the way I handle follow-up tasks. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Notion super easy, allowing me to get started without any hassle, which added immediate value to my user experience. This efficiency and organization that Notion brings to my meetings and note-taking activities is significantly impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of closer integration with Teams. Also, the current requirement to manually click a button to autorecord and transcribe is inconvenient, hindering the seamless flow of meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to concisely collect and categorize meeting notes and next steps, enhancing organization and clarity.
Enhances Collaboration, Minor Accuracy Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizational purpose of Notion, allowing me to easily share resources within groups and dynamically create my own folders and saved pages. Its flexibility is invaluable, as I can adapt it to what's relevant for me and maintain quick access to features I use frequently. I appreciate the ability to build both public and collaborative resources, enabling seamless teamwork. The notification feature is exceptionally useful, keeping me informed of any comments or changes to shared content that I'm involved with. Furthermore, I find Notion AI particularly beneficial as it assists in efficiently organizing scattered resources by providing concise bullets and helpful information, complete with links to original sources. This drastically simplifies the process of responding to internal inquiries, making it much quicker and easier. Thus, Notion significantly enhances our productivity and information management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to tell if something is outdated or if there are various duplicative resources. It can be confusing for our teams to figure out which is the source of truth. At a certain point, it becomes a very, very, very deep database which leads to confusion on accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes information, making it accessible for my team and clients, supports collaboration on documents, and streamlines answers with resource links. It also organizes my projects flexibly, enhancing both private and team use, and reduces the time spent manually searching large databases.

I love the ease of onboarding with Notion. It's a pretty open-ended and straightforward tool to use, which makes it highly adaptable for various purposes like knowledge management, building SOPs, and managing clients. I appreciate how easily I can organize my data, thoughts, and projects with it. Additionally, setting it up for the first time was very, very easy, which is a huge plus as it allowed me to get started without any hassles. The integration with other tools, like Claude and Perplexity for AI capabilities, as well as Airtable for planning and knowledge-based building, enhances its utility significantly. Overall, Notion provides a seamless experience in organizing and automating my work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find organizing projects in Notion challenging due to the lack of better templates and guidance for my specific use cases. As someone who can be somewhat scatterbrained, having more structured guidance would help me use the software more effectively. Additionally, the ease of cleaning up my workspace, particularly the sidebar, could be improved to streamline my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize data, manage my thoughts, and streamline project management, enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
