Highly Flexible with Excellent AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's flexibility, which allows me to build pages and systems tailored precisely to my needs. The new AI feature is incredibly helpful and enhances my overall productivity. Notion has effectively helped me manage employee productivity and coordinate project tasks efficiently, making my business operations smoother. The ability to use Notion in both personal and business contexts highlights its versatility in my daily activities. Additionally, the decision to switch from Asana to Notion was driven by the positive feedback I had heard, and it has proven to be a beneficial move. Despite the initial setup taking some time, the overall experience with Notion has been highly satisfying, and I am enthusiastic about recommending it to others, rating it a 10 in terms of likelihood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some things are the fact that I can accidentally make changes when I'm using it. It has happened to me a couple of times but this could be just on my end.

Efficient and User-Friendly, Perfect for Work Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly valuable for organizing workloads and scheduling meetings easily. The clean and user-friendly interface makes navigating through tasks enjoyable and straightforward. I also appreciate Notion’s speed and extensive feature set, which enhance my productivity and support my work-related tasks effectively. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, which helped me integrate it into my workflow seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve the onboarding experience for new users. Currently, there seems to be a lack of guides or a quick tour feature that would make it easier for beginners to get accustomed to using the app effectively. Implementing a quick tour or introductory guidance would enhance the initial experience for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion makes it super easy to organize workloads and schedule meetings, thanks to its clean user-friendly interface, speed, and feature set.
Centralized Collaboration Made Effortless with Notion's Powerful AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having a central space where we can share ideas outside of Slack, making it easy to access, reference, and organize information by team. We rely on Notion daily for everything from keeping track of 1:1 notes to outlining projects. Now that AI is integrated, it's more powerful than ever and supports a wide range of different lines of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product does have a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're new to it, and it used to take some time to really get the hang of creating pages and organizing everything. However, with the addition of AI, we no longer find it difficult to use at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses the significant challenge of establishing a single source of truth for all our projects and internal knowledge that previously existed outside of Slack. As an organization, we used to spend far too much time communicating and documenting information within Slack. Now, with Notion, we have a dedicated space where everyone can create pages, share, and reference each other's knowledge, as well as keep track of ongoing projects. The addition of Notion AI has made it even faster to gather information and build useful pages, making the overall experience not just effective but also straightforward.
All-in-One Solution with Powerful Note-Taking and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly valuable for project management and tracking OKRs and KPIs throughout the quarter. The note-taking capabilities, particularly with Notion AI, have been transformative during our end-of-quarter meetings. Notion AI significantly reduces the time spent on note-taking, freeing me to engage more fully in discussions while ensuring that detailed meeting notes and task lists are systematically generated from our conversations. I also appreciate the comprehensive project management tools and database features, which allow me to manage and organize information seamlessly in one integrated system, minimizing the need to juggle multiple tools. The ease of use of Notion makes my daily tasks much more manageable. Additionally, I’m eager about the integration with Salesforce, which enhances its utility and compatibility with existing workflows. Notion’s functionality as an all-in-one system enables me to document, track, and handle information efficiently all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the favorites feature in Notion difficult to use when managing a large number of documents. It would be beneficial if Notion could organize these into tabs or bookmark folders, similar to how internet browsers manage bookmarks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management, tracking OKRs and KPIs, and documenting guidelines. Notion AI simplifies note-taking, saving time and improving meeting focus with detailed notes and task lists. It's an all-in-one system that organizes information, reducing the need for multiple tools.

Notion - Huge Help for Efficiency & Effectiveness!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides a lot of ways to view information without having to input the data multiple times, so it works well with the way not only my mind but also the minds of people I work with work. There are so many options for how you structure things, so it truly is a versatile tool that is both efficient and effective for many people - something rare to find.
I appreciate that the company value privacy and security highly. Too often, I cannot use tools that seem useful due to the privacy and security not being adequate. With Notion, they have clear explanations on the topic that are public and easy to find - and they give specifics and follow through on this value.
Notion is continuously improving and expanding. While scaling is often where companies, and especially tech like this, fail, Notion seems to be doing well with it. They are making existing aspects of the product better and adding new options/features with minimal interruption (seconds) or downtime and issues due to problems in new releases.
One of the features that was new and is still being improved is NotionAI. I have been impressed with it even before the latest improvements. Being able to specify which workspaces it should be looking at within your account for answers is incredibly useful, especially if you use it for your own business and for clients or for your personal life. The meeting notes are great as well, I would say similar to fathom in a lot of ways. For me, Notion AI is the best one that I have used or heard about, so I definitely recommend giving it a try.

What do you dislike about the product?
With so many options, it is easy for me to get lost in the weeds of setting things up, whether from me getting too focused on finding as many things as will be useful and interesting or from me getting overwhelmed. Working with someone else who will also be using it has helped me in this regard, as has realizing that if I just pick any of the (free!) templates that look mostly good, we are going to adjust them to fit our uses anyway.
I also get myself confused about where to find things at times, but I think that this is something that is more of a me issue and decreasing the more that I am using it.
Finally, I wish that Notion was integrated with Microsoft. I know that this is something that is difficult and takes a long time for many companies due to how Microsoft handles it and that the Notion team has indicated they wish to get this integration into place. However, I see others I work with using it integrated with their google accounts and want to be able to take advantage of those options to improve efficiency even more!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of problems, so I am going to list the main ones I see. Overall, it is huge for our efficiency, keeping us on track, and minimizing the number of times we need to go over, write, and input things. We had different programs for different connected things previously and often had an issue of organizing so that it made sense to us consistently. There was a lot of repetition and time spent trying to figure out how we'd organized things previously.
Running on limited space with with multiple people with ADHD, Notion has made it so that we actually CAN run instead of being in a cycle of repetition, confusion, and overwhelm.
In turn, all of this has saved us money while operating more smoothly and getting deliverables out the door more quickly.

Impressive Personalization and Seamless Integration for Ultimate Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The personalization in organizing notes. It a powerful tool that allows me to create travel planners, track to do lists, create my own life dashboard. Represent data in an aesthetic view and integrate with many apps and external tools! The Ai chat is the cherry on top!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the free version of the app restricts the number of charts I can create, which is a bit disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion base is huge for an enterprise and it can be hard finding documentation or notes. Notion Ai is able to populate related information about what I’m looking for saving me sooo much time digging through docs
Notion AI: A Game-Changer for Personal and Business Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for both my personal use and my everyday work use. Personally, I use it to manage everything from my TBR list to project ideas and home management, and with some ADHD, having tho se things tied into my calendar in AkiFlow has been really helpful. That's just been a fantastic game changer for me, and I love Notion now more than ever.
As a business, we were early adopters Notion 7 years ago. The platform has gotten significantly better, much more stable, but even more than that, it allows us to work together in a way that Google would never. It allows us to really build out what we need to. With the advent of Notion AI, we have changed the absolute game, and we're going to be moving all of our knowledge documents from Confluence into Notion and allowing the PDE organization to work out of there. That's on the road map for early 2026, but I couldn't be more ecstatic about the fact that Notion AI is the most useful AI tool that we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates. That would really help a lot of our more junior team members and newer folks in the business be able to ideate faster. We supplement it with Notion AI, but would love for them to have one- or two-click starts as they get in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it operates as a second brain and consistent resource for me and my family. In a business setting, it is becoming our go-to system for knowledge management.
Easy Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is kept nice and neat while also being able to share with my whole team. As a recruiter, I primarily use notion to keep track of my notes from candidate calls as well as creating profiles to share outside of my organization. All the tools are easy to use and the features are simple, but effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like my pages can be jumbled/messy when it comes to sharing or creating pages within specific workspaces. It might be the way that my organization keeps things organized that I'm not used to, but I think things could be a but neater after sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my team be more collaborative. We can share documents through Notion which helps us all be on the same page. It benefits me because I'm not scrambling or chasing people down for information.
