Great tool to connect all data sources and Fivetran handles all records updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best product to manage the syncs of data, Fivetran is great. We have no issue or dislike.

Fivetran helped us ingest and centralize data from a wide range of sources quickly and efficiently

- It has a lot of connectors that allows you to ingest data from many sources
- It is easy to use and the implementation is very straightforward
- Their support is very efficient and offers great insights
- It also allows SDKs to create your own connector and integrate to all tools for the strange case when they don't have a built-in connector

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes, everything has been good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fivetran is helping our organization ingest data from our various data sources to centralise it into Snowflake, our enterprise data warehouse. It also hosts our DBT core projects to allow us do the transformation part of our ELT pipeline.
Set it and forget it (but monitor costs!)
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Support for hundreds of connectors, good documentation, and support tickets are typically resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monthly Active Rows billing model can get expensive very fast, so you need to keep an eye out for costs, especially for high-volume data sources such as event data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to manually build custom pipelines for each data source, Fivetran is a plug-and-play experience for bringing data from a variety of databases, APIs, and SaaS apps into your destination data stores (data warehouses, for example).

Great functionality. Some connectors need regular review and issue escalation (e.g. Marketo)
What do you dislike about the product?
When support issues present, they can require a lot of interaction to see through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting professionally managed connections to a range of solutions where are of the upkeep complexity is simplified into one bill.
Adding fields to the data schema was a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to find and add fields to the data schema for integrations. I found the UI simple to navigate the very first time I used it without any need for additional help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use a lot of formula fields and sometimes Fivetran makes assumptions about formula syntax that are not helpful. We developed work-arounds for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reliably move data between systems and make updates to the data schema quickly as fields are added or deprecated.
My experience on using Fivetran connector is not that great.

Easy to connect to most of the data sources, and it is user friendly integration.

We are facing fivetran failure in our project due to which data sync is improper.

Fivetran is not capable in connecting to Lever data source and do a data extract. We are facing sync issue from last 2 months.

FiveTran has quite a number of connectors that will allow you to get data where you need them.

There's nothing to dislike about FiveTran because it always finds a way to provide what you need.

Right now, I a m still waiting for the availability of Google Ads connector: SEARCH_TERM_KEYWORD_STATS

Easy to use - plug and play ETL tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - it gives us the benefits of a custom data pipe line in configuring the fields we need without having to have an internal data engineering team
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additional requirements we need to have met on some sources, which prevent us to switch to Fivetran completely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to access the data we need for more advanced analytics without needing to build a data engineering team

Cost structure. Not great for connectors that are lower MAR. Lack of customization in cost structure
