little customization of dashboards, which limits the drill down of data.

Cost visualization, understanding the invoice.

Cloudability has a clean interface and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Cloudability can offer much more value by providing more functionalities through its API, such as custom data extraction, enabling Service Accounts for administrative functions that should not depend on a specific user's ApiKey. I also think there are opportunities for improvement in the Business Mappings interface.
