Procurify
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify has assisted in streamlining the purchasing the process into one platform across our school sites. It reinforces the approval process for purchasing and is allowing the tracking of purchases versus budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited report functions to understand the budgeted versus purchased items. Improved integration with punchout for taxes and shipping/handling would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Procurify staff were manually creating Purchase Order numbers and entering requests. This was particularly tedious with Amazon orders. Procurify has streamlined the process and is decreasing the amount of filling out purchase request forms.
Easy and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can have control of my expenses and let my supervaisor what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Procurify to be honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify help in my work a lot, we can have access to purchase everything that we need for our classroom with simple steps
Easy for new users
What do you like best about the product?
Beginning and setting up Procurify is/was easy to implement for new users. The system is laid out in logical and easy steps with the test system and features. Our company has now been using Procurify for 4 years. This system has helped tremendously with streamlining our purchasing and creates incredible options for repeat purchases. We gladly use Procurify for all purchases now.
What do you dislike about the product?
(user error not the system) Not everyone on our team wants to go through the steps of adding a new vendor into Procurify and will purchase offline. Then a few months later or a year later employees want the features of tracking that procurify offers but did not use procurify for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of purchasing and record keeping for multiple department purchases.
Procurify as a life simplifier tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like it is very structured, very user friendly, the layout is nice and makes it faster to keep track of expenses. Implementation was easy, it didn't take too much time to get introduced to the tool. I like the menu and all the information you can get from current and previous payments. I use it at least twice a week and I appreciate it helps me save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just like to be able to save information from previous payments and vendors, to make it even faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps keep track of expenses, and for me is very helpful as I need to pay vendors twice a week (and 10 different vendors)
Simple, Fast, Easy
What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user of Procurify, I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the procurement process from beginning to end. I can easily create purchase orders, know exactly where they stand and who needs to be prodded, and can leave and receive comments on each order, keeping everything in one place. The catalog feature has helped our Procurement team keep SKUs down and streamline our inventory. The increased communication and visibility has helped better scale the process to the needs of a growing business and made life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had better visibility of all purchase orders - that's how our previous system worked, and it was very helpful to be able to assist other teams and build new orders off of previous ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify improves communications and visibility, driving a faster workflow and ultimately getting materials and tools in the hands that need them faster and easier than before.
Outstanding Ordering Process
What do you like best about the product?
It is definately user friendly, the ability to place several orders all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downfalls on using Procurify

The ordering process is definately alot easier.
Procurify Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. PO# entry is simple and customizable. Excellent mobile app. Helps our Site Supers / Shippers with receiving products on various jobsites. Great for tracking project spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't be used for an inventory management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Costing. Trackable PO#'s. Forces our Site Supers / Shippers to actively receive PO#'s in Procurify which then emails a notification once a PO# is received.
Easy Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like that im able to track my order and get updates when it has been purchased. Having a catalog option for our business has made things easy to just add the most used things in. Being able to communicate or follow up on an order through commenting what is still needed. like to know when things have been recieved and if you need it urgently it is able to have you choose date needed by.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside i've expierienced is not being able to add more things to an order if something is forgotten. theres no option to edit it or add more. only to cancel it. so multiple order numbers would be given instead of just one to track.

Keeping track of how much is ordered throughout the month and what is used more frequent.

Efficient in delivery of iebs
Procurify is seamless with my work email.
What do you like best about the product?
The Procurity platform functions well on both my mobile and desktop devices. I can easily approve invoices throughout my busy day as a school superintendent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Procurify is not knowing about Procurify sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurity saves us money with time, as the system is operationally effective, and with personnel costs.
