Procurify is the agentic procurement platform for finance and operations teams that understands your vendors, budgets, and policies. It delivers complete spend control across intake-to-pay from purchase requests and approvals to POs, invoicing, payments, and spending cards.
Easy to adopt and built to scale, Procurify manages $100B+ in spend for growing mid-market organizations across healthcare, education, biotechnology, manufacturing, and non-profit industries, and has been shown to deliver a 96% reduction in requisition time and 60% faster approvals. Recognized by The Hackett Group and ranked the #1 Mid-Market Procure-to-Pay Software platform by G2, Procurify can be deployed in weeks, not months. It integrates with popular vendors and leading ERPs finance teams already trust, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and more, so spend stays visible and controlled before it reaches accounting.

This listing bills through a single contract dimension based on Platform users. You buy access measured by user count, and pricing is quoted around your team's needs. Every customer starts with the core Purchasing workflow built on the Platform, which includes approvals, budgets, analytics, integrations, and the mobile app. Pricing scales with the number of Pro users you assign, since Pro users receive role-based permissions. Basic users, who only request or receive orders, are unlimited. Because the model is user-based, your cost grows as you add permissioned users rather than through fixed tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a billable user versus a user I get at no extra charge?
Pricing is driven by Pro users, who can be assigned role-based permissions to request, approve, view, and manage spend. Basic users are unlimited and do not add to your count. Basic users can only request orders and receive order items, so your cost tracks the number of permissioned Pro users.
What comes with the Platform, and what workflows fall outside this pricing dimension?
The Platform includes the core Purchasing workflow: order requests, purchase orders, product catalogs, approval routing, budgets, spend insights, accounting integrations, the mobile app, and security controls. Separate products like Accounts Payable and Expense & Card, and add-ons like Guided Intake and Contracts, are priced separately and are not part of this dimension.
How does my cost change as my team grows or takes on more workflows?
Your cost scales with the number of Pro users you assign, not through fixed tiers. Adding permissioned Pro users raises your cost, while adding Basic users does not. Introducing new workflows means adding separate products or add-ons, which are quoted on top of the Platform user pricing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The process to determine the correct cost codes to apply to input information can be cumbersom. I think this is more of an internal issue than a program one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see if someone is holding up the PO approval process.
