Procurify Simplifies Procurement
What do you like best about the product?
The PO generation system is the best feature, where all you do is click click and click and it is ready

I have faced issues, where the POs are not being mailed to the vendors

Procurify is making the process of procurement easier and hastle free

I truly find it to be an extremely comprehensive platform.

It streamlines payment processes, providing clarity on approvals and clear payment dates for suppliers.
This tool is user friendly, easily accessible and quick to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes it possible to support our business team to process bills and requests in a timely manner and as a SPED DIrector it allows me to support them which in the end benefits our students.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about this tool. As an educator I have worked with multiple business offices, however this in the end this tool has streamlined processing of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined my current employer and this was already in place. They had not had anyone in my position for a period of time. They set me up with Procurify and I have been so quick to reply to their requests allowing for immediate completion of the various tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify greatly simplifies budget management and purchase requests. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to track expenses and approvals, saving significant administrative time. Additionally, the ability to customize workflows ensures it meets the specific needs of any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procurify is highly efficient, its integration with other software tools could be improved. At times, advanced reporting requires additional configurations, which can be a bit challenging for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify addresses key challenges in spend management by providing clear visibility into company expenses and simplifying the approval process for purchases. It ensures that spending stays within budget by streamlining workflows, reducing delays, and minimizing errors. This has greatly benefited us by improving financial control, reducing unnecessary expenses, and saving time for both the finance team and department managers.
Procurify makes ordering fast and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is easy and fast for company ordering. It's quick to learn and you can use it frequently, integrate into your daily usage, and it becomes a regular and thoughtless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't create more than one order at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Supervising Teacher for an Independent Study School Program and it helps me place orders for my students and manage their charter school funds easily.

it feels somewhat standalone. Absence of some advanced features like inventory management. Inability to process multistage milestone payments as deposits

Has simplified the purchasing process for our team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, and that any requests will immediately go to our managers or heads of department to be signed off. With this new process, we have requests signed off almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
If purchasing managers aren't on the ball, it can sometimes take a while, but this is user dependent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small department with a limited budget, it can sometimes be difficult to have requests answered, but with Procurify, due to the almost real-time request system, we very quickly get an answer as to whether our requests can be fulfilled. In addition to this, it has meant that company wide that costs can be tracked visibly as opposed to siloed responsibility of one team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to file purchase orders for my lab, and overall it is very straightforward to use and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a 'save for later' feature, I think it would be better in case I want to temporarily save it and come back to file the order.

The invoice validation process to control the spends of the department and cost control
The invoicing status to follow up if you invoice has been approved and paid. It gives you visibility to control the payments to your providers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the learning curve but it's easy to handle after you use it 4-5 times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the marketing department we usualy have to work with different partners, softwares and services. With Procurify we can manage all the invoices related to our activies with these third parties, control the cost, follow up the payments, stablish the payment methods and conditions and manage it with the finance team quickly and efficently.
I have really enjoyed using procurify and found it easy to learn and to train
