Fast and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of submitting expenses in multiple currencies. I also like the auto approve feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile version is not always easy to use. In some cases I had to switch between app and mobile web

Reimbursement of expenses without having to carry paper receipts

It helps to process payment and keeps all record in the same platform and keeping all parties informed
The phrase "User friendly" is already in English and means that something is easy to use or understand, typically referring to software, devices, or systems that are designed with the user's experience in mind.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to navigate, convenient, and I like how the approvers can message you with any questions. It is also convenient that emails are sent with status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downfalls so far. I find it helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure that you stay within budget and obtain pre-approval for purchases using a purchase order number for reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use and how valued customer feedback is. Having a mobile app is extremely helpful (would be nice if all features were included). Adding in vendors and products is quick and easy. The emails that alert me when an order is approved are helpful and informative. If there was some sort of way to manage inventory within Procurify, that would make it the ultimate software for procurement. Very helpful and solid software overall. I use it on a daily basis and I don't know if I could even do my job without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see emails that I have sent through Procurify. Occasionally we will request things through the email that is sent through Procurify with the PO. It would be nice to be able to go back and access these sent emails if needed.
A lot of the times products will change prices. I would like to be able to update the Procurify product catalog prices while in the order request section. When I add an item from the catalog it would be nice to have a checkbox or something that will update the price in my product catalog rather than having to open it separately to update pricing.
I would also like to be able to put all of my orders into one order request, even if they are going to different facilities. I know I can change the shipping address while creating the PO, but it would be a lot easier to have the option beforehand and not to have to submit multiple order requests or double check each item's shipping address.
I would like to be able to change prices of an item after we receive the item on Procurify. It currently won't allow you to do that, so if a price is entered incorrectly or changes, I have to mark it as unreceived to change it and then receive it again. This is annoying sometimes.
I would like the vendor section to allow multiple vendors with the same exact name. A vendor with the same name has multiple addresses, so I have to go back in and edit the address whenever I need to order from one of them.

It provides the resources to create and send POs to our vendors. This allows us to have that method of communication between us and vendors. It simplifies the ordering process.
Easy to use and simple communication for order issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. Most of the most used account code go to the top of the list so they are easy to select creating a fast expense creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't had any issues using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify provides easy purchasing requests with a simple but effective message system that notifies me via email so there is no time delay in approval.

I really like the ease of use; also, how easy it is to find our documents and have a follow-up on files

noting for now, only 4 months of utilisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What helps me the most is that my colleagues can no longer say that they didn't receive the invoice or that they say that they processed a file and that it didn't work, we all have access to the same software.

there are different features in the software and the good thing is that many times it is just enough to copy paste the link and Procurify will take care of the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not extract details from links and I do not know why it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, we use Procurify to order items for our lab and it automatically goes for my advisor and then the business office without having to email them multiple times.

Before Procurify , our Procurement process was disorganized, with little visibility into spending or approvals

It’s common to confuse the Order Number and PO Number during approvals.

You can request an **alert message box feature** in Procurify to notify users about past-due POs. This feature could:
- Pop up when a PO is overdue or unprocessed.
- Provide details like the PO number, vendor, and due date.
- Allow quick actions, like marking it as processed or escalating it.
This would ensure no past-due POs are missed, keeping everything on track. You can suggest this enhancement to Procurify’s support team for consideration.
