Easy to use procurement platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add items to order! Easy to see what the status of your order is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were a way for users to see how much of their allotted budget is remaining before and after a purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized way to order necessary items that need to be very specific and specialized for each user.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the search block for past orders. Any word of an order will be found in seconds, making my day much more productive

As of this point I haven;t seen any downsides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need only a minimal amount of time to execute a purchase order and I am able to track it through it's approval process as well as receiving. I especially enjoy the search feature.

I like everything about it but sometimes i have issues logging in

What do you like best about the product?
Very handy and portable. I can do request and approval anywhere, anytime. Sending the PO copy to the vendor is also easy. I can do it using my laptop and my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing the option for filtering by job number. It will be a great addition to the filter options. I need to go through one by one to summarize the purchase order person job

It expedites our procurement process. It is easy to prepare a purchase order and submit expenses. It streamlines our procurement process. It is also easy to look for previous transactions and no need to go different folders to look for a copy of a PO order

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify simplifies the purchasing process and can help your organization benefit from volume discounts and cost savings created by consolidating orders and improving vendor relations. There are many features that Procurify offers that make the ordering process easy and accurate, such as the ability to place, check quotes with invoices, and electronically track orders. The capacity to ask and answer questions with the messaging tool; the comment feature, and the ordering transparency created by the tool itself, not to mention the quick pace with which orders can reviewed, approved, and purchased by authorized staff, are among the many benefits that make Procurify a terrific tool to streamline your purchasing process and reduce redundancy- particularly when coordinating purchasing across multiple buildings and/or campuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have complaints to share as a person who places orders for multiple departments. Still, I might suggest adjusting the cost/per and quantity pricing options to be slightly more adaptable to the variety of orders being placed as a future software update. Being able to specify different quantities comes into play for printing or contracted service orders, which don't always have a per-item price. But having the option of entering industry-specific info could help determine the cost-effectiveness of doing business with a particular vendor.

Reduction of redundant ordering and shipping, achieving volume discounts, and improved vendor relations and organizational cost savings based on repeat business and bulk orders.
Great for Start ups and non-manufacturing based products/businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is easy to use and keeps things simple while maintaining the necessary information for order tracking and communication. There are custom fields and helpful account reps who can add functions and frequent improvement updates. Great for a company that is just starting because of its price point and the features that it offers. There are Virtual cards that make creating credit card purchases and approvals very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procurify is only a purchasing system that requires integration with QBO or another program. Since it is only a purchasing system, physical inventory must be tracked outside Procurify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify streamlines the purchasing process in a very simple way. It also has integration for virtual credit cards that allow an employee to create credit cards purchase requests that will give them their own prepaid card to use.

Easy and accessible ordering of supplies
Simpler than forms!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can usually drag a link over and all information is entered. I like that all entries are immediate. The primary delay is waiting on supervisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when the links do not enter all information and I have to enter all fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more immediate process than forms.

It's quick , easy to navigate. I like that it stores past purchase items.

I haven't come across anything I don't like about procurify. I have always had good experiences with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to create the order then submit it to the purchasing department. This just makes it so much easier to do. I can order everything my department needs all in one order and submit it.
Smooth and organized
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward and easy to teach someone how to use. You can modify it to your needs easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't all that much I dislike about the product. The only thing I can think of is that it's possible to find orders after they've been put in, but if you only have the PF number, that makes it harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Procurify, we now have a direct way for our users to submit orders and then a system of approval for those orders before we turn them into invoices. The system is very nice.
