What do you like best about the product?

It's easy to use and the feature that i like a lot is the breakout rooms for any group work.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's very pricey and sometimes the video quality is bad.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

When this pandemic started, our college shifted to this tool.
