What do you like best about the product?
The team is extremely helpful! Kelsey was always there to answer any questions. This platform will improve DB's organization as well as help us organize and keep content for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the links to the news tiles was a bit of a hassle, but once I figured it out we were good to go. Also organizing the homepage with dates is a bit hard to do, I wish it was more of a drag and drop to re-order type of a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a DAM, and now we do so that's amazing! Content was hard to find, but now with Bynder it'll be much easier.

We have still a slow performance on the adobe connector, which forces us to not use it propperly. But the performance of the browser is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our Websites mobilezone.ch and get-jusit.ch as well as our D365 Omnichannel System to display product and promotion pictures. Sometimes we also use it for google ads to reduce the ads file size. And we use brand connect to share certain PDF files with our B2B team and to share our Company Logos with Business Partners.
Easy to use DAM-tool with relative easy to maintain setup through flexible configuration options.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the asset database as it is simple though effective.

There are not a lot of robust reporting features for admins and sometimes the functionality is not as intuitive.

It has provided use a single location to access all our raw photos and videos from various countries for our marketing efforts.
