DAM and asset management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to filter and find assets needed by a myriad of teams. Everyone is helpful and great to work with

a few bugs here and there but overall it has been great

Excellent product and service
What do you like best about the product?
Simple layout, intelligent search, good features. Excellent cloud-based system allows users full access whilst working from home/anywhere. Well supported by Bynder's support teams if there is a query or problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer some customization of viewing the asset bank by reordering the results by date to be set as a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to identify assets that are now off-brand and the relating assets tool is incredibly useful to tie film and photography projects together for case studies etc.
Our experience with Bynder and Tony was 10/10.
What do you like best about the product?
We loved our onboarding manager, Tony. He broke things down in a very digestible way. He was on top of everything and made sure we completed our tasks on time. He also went the extra mile and took calls with our team to understand the Master Uploader process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing we disliked about our onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Bynder, we're making it easier for the full team to find photos, videos and documents.

Vast improvement from our last DAM
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag and search assets without over-complex folder structures. Ability to have links and collections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a little more dynamic and provide more insights into how and when assets are accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need various security options for multiple user groups. An added benefit is being able to have digital branding guidelines.

Ensure you build a strong core team that represents the full breathe of your business and spend time with Taxonomy

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the agenda sent out before each meeting and how well organized the whole process was. Tony, our rep, was very supportive and communicative throughout the process. Overall, I'm really happy with the features of the platform and the many ways we can search our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's helpful to understand that use cases differ, so understanding the need before diving into the very organized content is important. I was also a little disappointed that a few important features are lacking, such as the ability to comment on images, but grateful Bynder seems to be open to feedback and adding future development requests to the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were storing hundreds of images on a local drive, and it was very difficult to track what we had/didn't have and where images differed my market. Using the Bynder platform provides better organization in more than one way (folder by country, for example), and has put a spotlight on inconsistencies due to better visibility.
Has already been a huge value to our team after just a couple weeks of team use.
What do you like best about the product?
The clean, simple interface is helpful for a large team with a wide range of experience with a product like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few upload hiccups occur, but I must say the Bynder team was quick to help resolve the issue when they could.

We have a fast growing team and a fast growing digital asset list; we needed something that was easy to search and easy to categorize our assets.

I like the ability to organize and filter all the content in so many different easily accessible ways.

I don't like that you can't customize the upload page on the starter package.

We are bringing all of our content needs under one roof which will benefit us dramatically in the long run.
Excited for the Bynder / DAM
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the product itself and the thoughtful process on vendor's end for onboarding when we finally decided to commit. Caitlin was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't love the initial engagement with the vendor before our company committed--it felt more like a sales pitch from the gentleman on the other end and less mindfully aligned with our needs and internal stakeholders.

Easy to use DAM with plenty of functions and features. Quick and efficient implementation!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is build in a way guding both light users and heavy users in how to use it. It is easy to scale up and down, both in terms for users, but also the different modules. For us as a growing group of companies, we feel confident that Bynder can do not only what DAMs are suppose to do well, but also grow and adapt with us. Great, efficient, guided and flexible onboarding and implementation. Fair pricing structure too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but previewing videos of different codecs would be great. Having to choose is a little painful even if it wont affect us that much.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
For us, Bynder was the best DAM on the market. I've compare them to others and concluded that they are fairly priced, have the best user experience for all user groups and are very flexible and efficient to work with, from sales to implementation. The modular set-up and the integrations are great too.
Great DAM tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is extremely friendly and intuitive. I have no concerns about rolling this out to the team, and don't forsee any need for user training beyond a basic intro. It functions much like a website storefront in terms of how the search works, so it should feel very familiar to users and easy to pick up. The UI is very clean, modern, and easy to use. The uploading process is simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many programs, the introductory tier is lacking a few of the features I'd love to have, however, the next subscription tier up includes much more than I need. It would be nice to be able to add features a-la-carte, since the massive jump in price is hard to swallow when you only need a small percentage of the features included in that level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us organize our assets, store metadata with them in a visible way, have real version control, and easily share collections of assets with external partners. Most importantly it is helping us create a single source of truth, and eliminate sharing assets by email attachment, which creates multiple versions stored in multiple locations that quickly become out of date.
