This experience has been so helpful! Connor is so great to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a very easy platform to understand, especially since we had Connor walk us through each week how we can fully utilize Bynder to our potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to upload a ton of assets at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building more organization for our company. Everything is very easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
The people at Bynder that we worked with were incredibly helpful through our entire process, from selecting them to implementing the backend info. This was our first time getting a DAM system and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, had a good experience all around. Their timelines can be a little hard to hit when we have our own business needs to attend to but we still made it right when they had predicited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have no one source for where our marketing team can find created materials, reference items or current brand pieces. This now gives then a library that will be up to date, reduce duplication as well as so many other benefits.
A great way to keep your files safe, organized, and available for your team.
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Bynder recently has been quite great. The team I currently work with has been using it for quite some time. All their PSD, eps, ai, stock photos, and other raw or finalized resources are uploaded here. Bynder is great because it gets deep into details such as brands, projects, year, type, color and more...
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have much to say when it comes to dislikes with the platform. I will continue to use the platform and see if there's anything I don't like or haven't discovered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all resources and used stock images in one place. Why should we have these in multiple folders on a cloud drive account or local account where you can access these anywhere. The great detail you can put into each file upload makes it easy to find things.

What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder onboarding process operates like a well-oiled machine. We were very impressed with our account manager and onboarding team's attention to detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues with adding users, but that's all.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bynder is the depth in filtering out images and the accuracy of the search feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked about Bynder was the initial confusion using the Mass Uploader and the number of steps it takes to complete one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant problems we are solving with Bynder are search accuracy and tagging of images.

What do you like best about the product?
Uploading files to the DAM is easy. The team is a joy to work with. They are super helpful and will help you figure out workarounds to make the software work the way you need it to. They also provide a ton of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate finder is down, the auto-tagging feature didn't work for a while, the DAM isn't bad if the features work. It's almost like using four different softwares with four different sets of UIs. For digital templates you can only change the color of the background. Not the objects. The guides say that opacity is supported but only if you upload a png - it won't work through color picker. Adobe and google fonts aren't supported. I'll keep this updated as I learn more - we're only in month one. For print templates, it's easier to make all the color and style iterations you want in Adobe and upload them as pdfs than simply make edits. There is no color picker in print. You have to make a jpeg or png for every single color option you expect people to use then upload, tag, and make sure it will show up in the options. Also, the webpage freezes and becomes nonresponsive frequently. It happened twice during a training yesterday.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved that we were matched with one person, Tony, to work with directly so he could help us first hand with any burning questions we had. He was so helpful and made our experience so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Bynder, finding photos in our system took ages, and it made my job so much harder than it needed to be, especially because finding photos is one of the primary things I do. Now, I don't have to spend endless hours waiting for photos to load just to get a small project done.
Excellent Service & Product
What do you like best about the product?
The organization is by far the best asset of Bynder. All photos are organized and in one place, with tags and previews. So much better than digging through folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides of using Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time. We are sharing resources within our team better. We are archiving photos better. We have better information tagged to each photo now.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive once you get used to the platform

Setting up permissions at the beginning can be a little tricky, and we had difficulty logging into the platform initially. The platform can be buggy.

We're streamlining a very fragmented asset storage system

Problems with Media Bank ABB mostly. Everytime I get a help so I'm very happy with the quality the service was provided.
