Great team and platform
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder's team of professionals helped step by step with every process and workflow our company had to make the implementation process of the Bynder system very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the searching for assets and gathering of assets in Bynder could be a little more user-friendly. I wish you could mark an asset and search for another asset, and the 1st asset would still be marked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder's ability to crop images within the system and add multiple derivatives saves so much time. It allows our company to be more productive and not have to stop and handle those requests anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I didn't know what I was missing with a digital asset management system until I started using Bynder.
Great Collaboration and great DAM
What do you like best about the product?
it's very easy to use, very intuitive, and customer-friendly. You can create albums and share them internally and externallly. This is a great way to have all your assets in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
like any product you need to learn their lingo and what they mean when they say catalog. It may not mean what you are used to, so there is a little bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we needed a solution that will be able to hold all our design assets into one place for our internal teams to access and have the latest information. Its very easy to share and create different albums for each team.
Great implementation and attention to detail
What do you like best about the product?
Will was very detailed and organized and was great to work with! Such a smooth and easy implementation with his help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We found we had everything we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have needed one central location for our digital assets with a way for our communication folks to easily manipulate and use it.....this solves our issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is user-friendly, with plenty of options to customize to your needs. It's helpful when creating a large amount of content to quickly tag and define user permissions, add keywords for search functionality and more. Our sales team is thrilled to have easy access to key assets they will need each day, and i love the fact that we can organize content by product related, sales enablement, legal etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only thing I've found to be a bit clunky is handling internal only content that needs to be organized by external partners. All, of our partners need access to co-branded content, but csannot have access to one anothers content. It's a bit tricky to specify user permissions and create collections. I would have liked to give them their own landing page. However, there is a workaround for ensuring internal partners and external partners don't see private content, so that works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the need for a single point of truth to house our content. Prior to Bynder, we had assets everywhere, and it was confusing. Bynder will make life for sales, marketing and anyone in our company looking for collateral so much easier. In addition, we now have a smart way to share assets internally, and with partners.
Gather Content is better than most
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep all my projects separate and moving in a way that's easily visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no calendar accumulator feature to see all of the items across all projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the platform to keep website content organized. The main benefit is having a centralized location for all of the pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using GatherContent alongside other scheduling software until GC integrates their calendar across all projects.
Great product and services for storing our content, phenomenal on-boarding team.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use...simplicity w/user interactions. Taxonomy and filters made easy. The on-boarding team of Tyler W. and Cait G. were excellent - both have the 'spirits of teachers - enabling us to beat our onboarding process ahead of schedule-
What do you dislike about the product?
That we will be handed-off to a service/support manager that doesn't know us...our business or journey to get here...wish we had consistency to keep our on-boarding team.
Supet that you are intergrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; however, it would be nice to integrate with the Salesforce Cloud as well - it would have been super valuable for us and could have enabled a key program for us - instead we are implementing a very manual work-around.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management - store, search and retrieve...we have assets in hard-drives everywhere that needed to be wrangled-in. Fast and easy ability for our dealer network to easliy access and download brand content.

Easy to use, good meta data system
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is easy to use and offers great organization for our many assets. I like that a global team can share it. Plus, it the meta data makes it easily searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike at this point. We are still early in our usage of Bynder and have had a good transition from using an old Microsoft folder/subfolder system to an easily searchable cloud database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. The benefits are that we can get away from an antiquated folder system and naming convention to using tags and meta data to track our global assets.
Exeprience with using DAM
What do you like best about the product?
Overall it's easy and intuitive to use Bynder. I think that there is plenty of useful options as for instance saving filters. In our version there is plenty of filtering option.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my example the web-to-print templates don't work properly sometimes - images are turned upside down (but maybe it's due to the not perfect set-up on our side).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing digital assets is much more easier with Bynder - all on-brand assets are available in different formats. Creating collections is also a nice feature. Thanks to the waiting room we are sure that all assets are on-brand and there is a consistency.
Onboarding experience was great!
What do you like best about the product?
Our trainer Ta'quila was super upbeat, full of laughs, made something that could've been boring a lot of fun. Also very knowledgeable and prompt with answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything really. We encountered some glitches with uploading a powerpoint presentation, otherwise nothing terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elimination of silos and getting our org to all rely on and maintain a single source of assets.

It's good I'd recommend it.

Phenomenal user interface and functionality that actually helps me find the right assets, create content and distribute it all in one place.

Nothing of note, Bynder fits our needs perfectly for our use case, which is storing and creating all our content.
