Wonderful onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder platform is powerful and the onboarding team ensures you utilize every feature the platform has to offer. The ROI is apparent from day one!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about Bynder. It meets all of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For many organizations such as our own, we had assets stored all over the place (Google Drive, Dropbox, personal computers, etc.) Bynder has become our single source of truth, saving us ample time and providing us a sustainable way to save and store assets going forward.
Bynder is good but there is a high potential to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Asset bank is well structurable with the Metaproperties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder does not recognize when assets are doubled, there is no reminder function when assets expire, wish to include several datafiles in one asset and not need to upload separate ones and related them.

storing assets on one place, on a global level

I like how user friendly it is to use. I love it.

The analytics could be more robust and some of the features the onboarding team has for the impersonate feature should be added for admins.

Assets living all over the place and Bynder is helping us to resolve that issue.
The onboarding process was really easy and nicely structured.

The metadata fields and tagging are the best.

It's so customizable it can seem daunting at times.

Bynder covers all of our brand/asset needs and makes it easy to manage!

- Management levels make it easy for users in different groups to access the files they need
- Very comprehensive and in-depth in terms of asset details and information that can be added
- Connor Miles was excellent at helping us get set up! Can't recommend him enough. He knew the answers to all of our questions and was able to quickly resolve any concerns or issues we were running into

What do you dislike about the product?
- Would love an Apple App/way to sign in in addition to a browser.
- Notifications to certain user groups when a new item (case studies on a certain industry) are uploaded
- More analytics on who's accessing/downloading/viewing
- Right click download etc

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing brand assets and offering consistency to our entire organization, as well as third-party vendors we are working with. It's a relief to have a single source of truth!

It's well worth the setup time and cost!

What do you like best about the product?
Great team, and really nice UX for business users as well as shareable for outside resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside thus-far is what seems to be a little bit of missing alignment on specific functionalities (such as videos in the Compact View widget).

The team members assigned to our implementation were very supportive, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Some manual steps when uploading assets were not straightforward and required data manipulation outside the tool.

Managing our growing library of assets is easier with Bynder. Less time spent searching and managing assets.
Such a simple experience with a great team who knew how to guide me the entire way!

the most helpful thing is that I can see all of my photos at one time

the adobe cc integration opens a new photo in a new file instead of placing it in an exisiting file

full clarity on our bank of images, less going to designers for photos

It is very clear and pleasant to work with.

That you have to log in every time and can not stay logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder makes it possible to find and order content very easily. So many people can benefit from a well-ordered content portal.
