great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place and tidy.

Not having print templates for others to use.

Cooperation between the partnership department and the designers.
A fanastic asset management tool that optimises product imagery across multiple digital touchpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder's robust tagging/search functionality is its most valuable feature. It does require a fair amount of work to set up in the first instance, and adherence to best practice when adding new media content, but it pays dividends when you need to peruse thousands of product shots to find a suitable image to fit your campaign or piece of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the waiting room is incredibly useful to us, particularly in regards to the opportunity to feedback directly to uploaders, there are some limitations that could do with improving upon. Specifically it can be difficult to search through the waiting room to locate specific uploaders or sources - this would be a huge help for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the same image across multiple digital touchpoints, be it product pages, landing pages, feature pods, within the booking path etc. The derivatives functionality, which resizes/scales/crops a master version of an image to fit appropriately within each relevant touchpoint, is a lifesaver, and frees up so much time that otherwise may be spent resizing images manually.
Very easy to use and useful integration into our website.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Bynder is the ability to use both internally within our team but also give external stakeholders front end access to make the process seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me would be the sometimes the relevancy of results is not entirely accurate but this could come down to the system or the tagging process. And the waiting room isn't functioning correctly, with loading not working properly and the waiting room itself could be developed to make it easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving the exchange of imagery from external stakeholders to us making it easier for us to access and a more seamless process when updating product on our site.
Great way to store media - fast and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick. Also, the fact that you can create different asset types is really useful because, for example, you might be uploading a draft video that you don't want to be shared yet. The asset type means you can control who sees and downloads it. It is also really useful to have the Bynder transfer tool – a safe and secure way to share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be improved. For example, if you search for something and make a small typo (or the file description itself has a typo in it), files with similar words don't appear in the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our media asset storage and sharing problem. It benefits me because I have easy access to the media assets I need. It also allows us to control who has access to different assets.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple-to-use UI and provides a great user experience. It enables me to be productive and get things done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I've come across yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 10,000 content entries in our CMS, and more are coming. Bynder enables our content editors to easily manage digital assets.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to interact with the API from the developer side of things is a real bonus. The documentation is very thorough and easy to navigate. We can share the login screen with outside staff and they can upload directly to the system without logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting up of derivatives for images is a little long-winded as it appears we need to liaise with Bynder representatives instead of being able to set these up by ourselves in the poral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The resizing of images and videos is a great help and it allows us to focus less on potential storage issues and instead continue to develop our websites knowing that the media will be available and securely hosted.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple use tool with knowledge base materials to reference for quick assistance,
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when needing analytics in reports. Things don't flow alphabetically. When creating a 'future request' there is no quick turnaround fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder support and the CS meets with Abbott to discuss issues that arise and best solutions. Allowing various file types and divisions to live in one database helps our complex company.
Excellent customer service, great service for our internal marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder allows our internal staff to create marketing materials on the fly. They can also access assets very conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the interface is intuitive. On occasion, something within the portal is not functioning correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Bynder support staff are excellent. When I run into issues they are addressed immediately and communication is great.

i find it hard to search for stuff, I often get a lot of irrelevant results and have to ask people int he image team what to specifically search for
