Very personable onboarding team and able to demo and train us on several modules.
What do you like best about the product?
Using metadata and search functionality to easily find assets along with having the ability to set user permissions and controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were hoping to have the ability to show certain multi-page documents publicly without having to download, as only being able to see the first page is limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a repository for brand assets that have been troublesome to locate across the company and for departments outside of the marketing team.

One source of truth for managing digital assets

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and depth of the program and features. Things like the file sharer are a great addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition and having to deal with the lack of metadata has been very problematic for the Canadian team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our assets in one central bank or library across several business units will be a huge improvement for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder interface face is really great for users to be able to search for assets easily. My onboarding team, Nick N and Brynlee E, was extremely helpful and attentive. They answered all my questions very quickly, gave me a lot of tips and tricks and were really great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the backend stuff on the admin side is not very intuitive so it takes a bit of trial and error to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is giving us a great place to store our assets and be able to share these assets with external partners.
Collaborative Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked our implementation team! They were detailed in their explanations and were super helpful and communicative! In addition to our implementation team, I think Bynder is a great collaborative tool for our assets to share internally and externally easily that integrates with our Adobe Creative Suite products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform view. It is slightly overwhelming to look at all the files in one shot. I am the type that prefers a folder breakdown (list style), and from there are the files I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't think there are any problems I am experiencing as a user that Bynder needs to solve. Everything on my end as a user has worked as it should and with ease.
Our onboarding team has been amazing, there is a lot to Bynder that we look forward to using.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Bynder is the collaborative feature with Adobe products. This is extremely helpful on projects where we work with our designers. The different hierarchy for tags and filters is also a great benefit. We can customize the platform to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a lot of organization on the Assets page is a bit overwhelming. Having ALL uploaded assets showing most of the time by default is not ideal. If this could be more of a folders view rather than all documents view, I feel like that could be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us with our collaborative component with our designers. It's cutting down the error in documents and the back and further communication over multiple documents.s

What do you like best about the product?
Functional features that are great - the hierarchical taxonomy and Solr are excellent strengths. Regarding service, the CSMs are brilliant and support@bynder.com is amazingly responsive and works hard to make sure you get issues resolved. Overall, the features are great and the service is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each of the modules are created by separate teams, meaning there is a disconnect between user functions, which leads to confusion because the various interfaces are different. Bynder isn't always great about sending out update notifications, so you log into the DAM one day and stuff doesn't work like it did before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving staff time searching for assets. One stop shop for assets for employee use as well as the promotion of goods and services. web based, cloud service for asset access, instead of struggling to access files shares or content management systems. integrating with systems in the MarTech stack so assets are available and fit for purpose. Mitigating risk of asset misuse through permissions and groups.
Great experience leading up to our launch
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and on boarding has been fantastic and very accomodating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We are on the cusp of launching to our whole team and I anticipate everything will go smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had a heck of a time finding the best way to store our assets. Bynder has been a life saver.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had loads of files on our servers that were not easy to find, everything was quite messy. Bynder provides a solution for safe storage with great searchability.
Helpful for our day-to-day media requests, but could do with some usability improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
Communication is great with the customer success manager. Plus, it makes my job a lot easier having all our images in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do with a few improvements for usability. We deal with a lot of image requests, and the only visible part of the request is the person's email address (until you click into it), which we don't always know. We've asked for a different field to appear here, but this hasn't been built yet. More ways to filter to the 'waiting room' for image requests would really help, too.

Bynder helps us store all our images in one place for easy and secure access. This means we can work more efficiently to keep all our stakeholders happy.
