Easy to use and set up, Onboarding was thorough, support has been responsive and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding process was incredibly helpful and easy to follow; extensive amount of support info available to answer questions and configure items.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few items were not working while setting up, two have been resolved to satisfaction; support docs need updating for some items. Otherwise, experience has been highly positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to search and find assets, less time finding assets for others.
Great DAM System!
What do you like best about the product?
The sales and onboarding team were fantastic and really helped us get moving quickly. We love that it is built around metadata instead of traditional folder hierarchies.Additionally, it is very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more pre-built API integrations and cheaper Adobe plug-ins. Facial recognition would be another plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us manage our photo library and other assets while allowing us to easily share these items across our entire marketing, social and graphics teams. Before Bynder, our team had to go through gatekeepers who just "kinda knew" where things were.
Still the leader in DAM and automated content creation
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has cut the time it takes us to categorise and find our content massively. We can also create content at scale using templates very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular - could be easier to modify templates but I'm being nitpicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating content at scale, finding the right content for our audience and being able to stay on brand.

I think the graphics/features could be more refined and/or dynamic.

I like that it's simple to use (after training) and secure.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an extensive content library that is spread out over multiple programs and doesn't have any search functions. Bynder gives us one location and is highly searchable.
Excellent Implementation and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service provided by Bynder was outstanding. The team helped us think through all the business challenges and objectives. The platform provides wonderful flexibility for our unique business model.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our first six months of working on the platform and with the Bynder team we have yet to come across any negatives. From our view at this point we do not anticipate running into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving our biggest challenge in the asset management space. Prior to Bynder, marketing and sales assets were stored on multiple platforms and devices. That has all changed with the implementation of Bynder. We now have a centralized repository that we have connected to all the channels where we deliver marketing and sales communications.
Highly recommend Bynder for all digital asset management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a highly customizable tool with a great team behind the product to support your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a downside of Bynder, but it would best to have someone with an IT background on your team included in the project to take advantage of everything the tool has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were working with two separate systems for our assets, managed by different teams, with separate nested folder structures that made it difficult to find anything and duplicates ran rampant. Bynder has helped us combine the two systems and allowed an easier way for us to quality control the assets shared between the teams.
Great DAM Onboarding Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
It was important to me that there would be a thorough onboarding experience and a smooth transition for everyone moving from Dropbox to Bynder. Ryan and Amanda did an amazing job hitting those two major points. I'm not used to a folderless system and I was concerned about the learning curve, but our specialists broke every week down into informative and manageable lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides/dislikes at the moment. I would like a bit more customization when it comes to the homepage. I ran into a couple issues during the uploading process where the asset was on a continual

Saves time, and money, and multiple users accessing files they don't need access to.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team was fantastic, very well documented, responsive to our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
All went very well. The only issue we had was that we were not made aware upfront and clearly that the use of a mass uploader would require manual data extraction.
