Straightforward way to share company assets both inside and outside the company
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder allows users to quickly sort through many files to find what they are looking for. It enables employees outside our team to find a specific file quickly without needing to come to us to ask where it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading files into Bynder creates an additional step in our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing people outside of our team to find the files they need quickly. This means fewer people ask where files are and what they should use freeing up my day.

I like how you add updated versions, and you have the history as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were folders and file names like on a computer to make it easier to sort. But they do have a collection and save filters which help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all documents and different types of files all in one place since currently, it's on everyone own devices
Easy, Efficient DAM for Creatives
What do you like best about the product?
The interface makes it so easy and intuitive to use! The versatility of the DAM. You can customize to your brand needs and get so much support along the way to have a successful transition. Our entire team enjoys using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really only built for final shareable assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to store and share our creative assets

What do you like best about the product?
We went from having zero DAM to implementing Bynder for our asset management, and even just getting started, it has made a world of difference. To me, the best part about Bynder is twofold. First, the searchability. I can easily search for ALL images containing words relevant to my workflow - not relying on my memory to track things down. The other thing I love about Bynder is the derivatives - the fact that the product can automatically crop social ready assets for me is SUCH a tremendous weight off my chest.
I want to give a special shoutout to our onboarding team:Rachel Jang and Brynlee Emery, who were so patient with a bunch of art people trying to be tech people and getting us all set up. THey made the process seamless! I love the support and guidance that Bynder offers.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little that I don't like about Bynder, but if I had to flag a couple of things, it would be the following: I wish that there was some kind of folder structure within Bynder to kind of mirror how we all operate on our desktops, hard drives, etc. It isn't a make or break, more just a learning curve. I also wish that the upload speed was a little faster, but this is probably also due to my internet speed as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had NO DAM before setting up Bynder, so Bynder is helping us organize our archive, organize our assets moving forward, set up design templates that can easily be shared among team members, and pass off campaign assets to members of the marketing team. It is genuinely THE tool keeping us organized and cutting back on repetitive or unnecessary work.

What do you like best about the product?
The functions that our team discussed with us during implementation solve most (if not all) of our current digital asset concerns.
Our team could not have asked for better leaders to help us navigate Bynder and all it offers. Anne and Dean are the dream team!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet come across anything I dislike about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping our organization solve the issue of not having "one source of truth" in terms of our assets. We currently have assets all over the place and often find it hard to tell if a given document is the most updated version. With Bynder, we can ensure we are only working with final assets at all times.
Bynder is dam good!
What do you like best about the product?
The collection and asset sharing capabilities are amazing. One of my favorite perks is that you are able to put a time limit on an asset. Overall, it is helpful for a company that wants a more secure digital asset manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of the assets did not stay in the assets section if they had already been assigned to a collection. It just gets clunky and confusing and eventually will seem never ending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset sharing with external entities. When you function in a platform such as Microsoft, it can feel less safe to share your documents with external services. Bynder gives us an extra layer of security.

What do you like best about the product?
The 20 weeks of training were fundamental to setting our organization up for success in transitioning to the Bynder platform. That, coupled with the team (Renee Sprick and Ta'quila Wilson) leading us through the training, has been the best part of the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're on a journey to become a more global company, and Bynder is helping us establish the resources we need to serve our international markets. It's creating efficiency and eliminating manual processes.
Overall positive from beginning to end
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process has been great - discovering and using the features in a real world environment for GA. The Collections feature is going to get the most use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are going to have to acclimate to not having a folder system in place and managing our assets through collections and tags. It's more awkward than a dislike for the DAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Bynder, all of our assets (10 years worth) were scattered between Google Drive, One Drive, and USB drives. This centralizes everything for us and makes it searchable and shareable.
Bynder Takes Company Integration And Remote Working To The Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
Since before the pandemic, companies have been trying to find a way to make remote working easier for their employees. A highly successful cloud-based digital asset management system is the key to company integration and utilization. Bynder is an excellent solution, and the smart filter search system and file version control are a game changer for the advertising industry. All employees can easily find jobs and have instant access to our assets without needing a VPN connection. Bynder dramatically increases our productivity and file management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing currently missing from Bynder, is a direct connection between Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud libraries. Using a Bynder-supported third-party plug-in, we can import and manage files directly in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. But not Adobe XD. This problem is shared with every other DAM system on the market except for Adobe Creative Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Bynder onboarding team of Ta'Quilla Wilson and Connor Miles were instrumental in guiding us through the entire initial setup process. They successfully introduced us to the best practices for establishing our taxonomy system and kept us on track and on schedule for our rollout and launch dates. Ta'Quilla and Connor did an excellent job of showing us how to identify assets and navigate the system in the most efficient manner possible.

I really love how Bynder allows you and your team to organize assets with its library approach.

Not a dislike, but there's a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to learning Bynder's system

Bynder is greatly helping our team build an archive and allows us to share all of our assets in one-dedicated space rather than having multiple systems to work from.
