Good experience, some glitches
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is how easy it is becoming to store/find our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload postal doesn't allow uplaod of large files, often people get frustrated by the amount of time the drag and drop takes (if it even works at all)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us store/find all the high-quality content we had spread out everywhere.
I am so excited to start using Bynder!
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was great; I can't wait to share it with the company! It's so easy to use and almost like google for all your assets! I love that you can brand it to your company's brand guides. Makes it feel like your own!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had much time to truthy play around with the platform, but from the excellent training from your team, I don't think I'll have any issues diving right in!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have one space to have all our files! It will be much faster for our teams to grab the needed files! I also love how visual it is! It's a one-stop shop!
Bynder implementation

It's very user friendly and intuitive, making adoption and organization easy

No DAM tool will work for every single use case that exists, I wish it was easier to nest assets together
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a final repository for final assets to share amongst the bradn
Effortlessly Manage Your Assets: A Review of Bynder
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager responsible for its implementation, I have enjoyed working with Bynder, a digital asset management solution. Overall, my experience has been positive, with some standout features.
One of the best aspects of Bynder is its user-friendly interface. It is easy to navigate, and the robust search functionality makes finding assets easy. Additionally, the customizable permission settings have been incredibly helpful in managing access to support different internal teams and external partners.
Another strength of Bynder is its integration capabilities. It easily integrates with other software and platforms, seamlessly incorporating into existing workflows and processes.
In addition to the product itself, I must give kudos to all of the team I've interacted with throughout our engagement, including Sales (Megan Flaherty and Jason Davidson), Legal (James Peiser), Finance (Andreas Herczeg), who've been a pleasure to work with.
In particular, I'd like to recognize the members of our Onboarding team (Anne Silva and Claire Blechman), who were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the implementation process. Their guidance and support was instrumental in making the transition smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the implementation process helped build our business's knowledge of the product, it was not as investigatory as I would have liked, given the size and complexity of our business and its Marketing function. A deeper understanding of our business processes would have helped define some parameters and recommend process improvements, such as the workflow designs and integrations required. That being said, I believe our business to be more of an exception than a rule, and the product and implementation would be more than sufficient for most similar or smaller-sized companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to better store, manage, transform and leverage digital content across all our channels
Customizable to your needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bynder is user-friendly enough not to intimidate new users but complex enough for specific needs and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
No immediate dislikes that I see. I have been using the program for about three months now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing, searching, and sharing assets. This benefits my team by keeping all assets up to date, easily searchable and able to be displayed in online channels such as email and web.
So far, Bynder knocks it out of the park.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick initial implementation; if you come to meetings prepared and use the comprehensive Google spreadsheet provided by the team to build your framework, you're up and running and able to play with the system sooner. Partnering with Tyler Williams and Christina Solorzano during onboarding has been an *absolute pleasure*. Instead of focusing on systematic limitations, on every call we explored thoughtful solutions to fit company needs; on top of that, the camaraderie among us has been exquisite. Compared to prior implementations in which I've participated, my experience with Bynder has been less of a used car salesman experience (i.e., initial pressure to adopt and little follow-up support) and more of an organic, genuine *teamwork* experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some high-level settings are outside the permissions allowed for administrators and require Bynder intervention; I'd like to have control over as much as possible on my side in case I need to make an emergency adjustment to something on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, there was no one-stop-shop solution for managing assets. Implementing a DAM was a hard-fought internal battle, but the vision of having assets available and managed in one place--especially for a growing organization that frequently acquires other entities and their assets-- outweighed the status quo. Bynder enables us to eliminate confusion in the short term and plan for expansion in the long term with a solution that can evolve alongside our organization as a whole.
Customer Review for Onboarding Manager Claire Blechman
What do you like best about the product?
Claire Blechman has been a capable, responsive point person throughout our onboarding process. She is a good ambassador for Bynder and has been a great intermediary between our two companies and the relevant contacts at Bynder. Claire was always on top of every aspect of the onboarding, including sharing notes, organizing meetings, responding to our requests for software changes, and clearly outlining the next steps in the process. She helped us adapt the Bynder software to meet our multiple companies' unique needs and set us all up for success. Claire seems to be an excellent representative for Bynder, and all her other clients are in good hands.

Intuitive DAM system
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI makes it easy to use. People can quickly find the assets they need by using smart filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. It's such an improvement from our last DAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a single source of truth for our assets that were previously in different locations. We had a DAM before, but because it wasn't intuitive, no one used it.
Onboarding was so easy!

one place to store images that could be sent to all of our websites, 3rd party sellers and used but internal team members.
Bynder is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
We have one central place to find all our branded assets, guidelines, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more user experience capabilities around the guidelines pages but with that said they are straightforward to use and create but want to make them a little more personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing employees to be self-efficient and knowing they will be on brand if shared externally.
