An easy to use DAM platform for users as well as for admins.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great support, good UI, always improving, complementary modules, many useful integrations.
Ease of use and support have got to be the best thing.
Have only used 1 other DAM platform and that one was awful, dated UI, bloated and incomprehensible backend

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of modules, buggy advanced analytics.
The advanced analytics could be better with more freedom of filters.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-reliance of users, not having to ask studio or marketing for an asset.

A robust and flexible system
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a very easy to use DAM system. The taxonomy and layout is very easy to understand and navigate. Once set up it is very easy to manage. We haven't worked with other DAMs, so can't compare, but this has been a really positive investment for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes to the system to accommodate business developments can often be labour-intensive and unwieldy. To have a bulk change facility within the groups would simplify this a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sharing and distribution of materials both internally and with external partners and agencies. It links with our websites and makes the sharing and management much more straight forward.
Best Implementation team I've ever worked with!
What do you like best about the product?
I have to say working with the Implementation team; specifically, Austin Z and Stephanie S, has been the best experience. Implementing our very first corporate DAM was a huge undertaking, but they made every step of the way enjoyable and so easy to clearly understand what our deadlines were and they communicated so effectively with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish we started working with them sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Bynder our assets were saved randomly in an unorganized manner on a shared server. Having Bynder is allowing us to find more efficient ways to utilize and even repurpose existing assets for several different creative and digital teams within the company with complete oversight and better organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping Breezeline keep our digital assets in a central location that is easy for everyone in the company to view and access as needed. This will help us save time and money.

The training was extensive, and the staff was well-prepared for my team's questions. The tool is flexible and powerful.

Setup can be tedious, but it sets you up for success.

Structured, competent and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast onboarding process, competent and highly structured. The customer is closely accompanied. Very quick response to enquiries. The appointment summaries also arrive promptly after the appointment. So do the tasks and explanations of the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside yet, although the learning curve is a little bit steep, due to the many possiblities the system provides.

Central storage of all brand material, especially images but also brochures.

A central repository for all digital graphics, designs, documents, and files. DAT saves the creative team a lot of time but I do not touch this piece often.
Bynder - DAM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, so many different ways to filter and very quickly search for assets. Creating 100% custom taxonomy metaproperties to ensure it fits our company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for automation in the taxonomy selections. Conditional selections would be excellent for our needs. I've run into issues with linking and packaging with the InDesign connector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our assets were all over the place previously. When we began working remotely, uploading to our internal server was very slow, so many assets were living on our desktops, making it impossible for others to find and time-consuming to figure out who had it. Bynder is starting to eliminate that as we transfer all of our assets.
Bynder - our new Studio & DAM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined, simple, user-friendly & consolidated - everything we need from a creative and asset perspective in the one place. Bynder will enable our Creative team to manage and respond on briefs effectively as well as broadening how we collaborate with one another. The experience in getting to know and use Bynder has been extremely smooth and I would attribute this to not only the platform's user-friendliness, but to the invaluable support provided by Christina Solorzano & Nicholas Nguyen (The genuine Bynder A Team).
What do you dislike about the product?
The areas where Bynder could be improved is the flexibility and customisation of the platform for specific clients and use cases. Ideally, it would be great to have developers that can almost customise some aspects of the overall platform to make it a unique overall system for our particular business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder will be our universal DAM where all assets are saved, brand guidelines are kept as well as being an integral element for our creative team in creating and dispatching assets to our network of +50 shopping centres nationwide.
Trusted Product and thorough onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
After shopping around, I found Bynder to be at the center of the Venn Diagram of highly rated, affordability, and support. And their onboarding was thorough and customized. It's only been a week since my onboarding was completed, but I feel knowledgeable about the product and supported when I run into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to report at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our image library is LARGE, but outdated, and stored on a slooow, restricted server. Having all our images in the same location and accessible to the whole team, we can find images quicker. And the AI tagging has been very helpful in finding images that support new initiatives.
