A great tool for large companies that require templates on demand
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility around the design of your template.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface needs some work, as it can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving more people within our firm the opportunity to create good designs using well designed templates that cant be broken.

Bynder has unlimited capabilities. The staff was excellent in explaining the product in regard to understanding what we needed.

There isn't anything I can say I dislike about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is allowing us to have multiple entities uploading assets while keeping them separate based on visibility.

As a tool, Bynder is a powerful but easy-to-use DAM, with a host of flexible features. The Guidelines module is a fantastic way to integrate and share information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box UI experience can be a bit barebones and confusing without customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main aspect of the project that I'm involved in is creating a unified place for internal teams to access development art assets and story information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about Gather Content is its user-friendly user interface which allows us to genera content briefs, set tasks, outline workflows, and monitor progress, assisting efficient content development from ideation to publication.

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about this application is that understanding GatherContent's functions and workflows is a little bit difficult at the beginning. Because of the extensive feature set and customization alternatives, new individuals might need some time to turn out to be experienced in working with every aspect of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GatherContent efficiently handles a number of problems encountered by our company in content creation and collaboration. GatherContent gives an organized way of content planning, allowing teams to produce content briefs, establish workflows, and outline clear tasks. This simplifies the content development procedure, lowering confusion, and making certain content lines up with strategic goals.
Capable tool but feels like dated UX
What do you like best about the product?
We're able to store and manage a wide variety of creative assets for our non-profit. It's easy to organize, tag, and sort assets. They can be displayed in a visual way that makes it easy to process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just feels like dated technology, to be honest. We were learning how to create a visually pleasing home page for our DAM and I felt like I was using a website backend from 2005. There are a lot of "this used to be called this other thing" parts of the backend that show this tool has been used and updated for years. There are also simple things it can't do, like a notification system for users when certain asset types are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We produce a lot of creative assets and stories, and need a way to get those raw assets to our communications and marketing teams. We used to just email, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive...and as you can imagine things fell through the cracks all the time. Now it's centralized.

Bynder will help us create an assets bank and keep them organized and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder thoroughly ensures they provide the best DAM product, onboarding, and support. The onboarding team provided the hand-holding and education in a fun and engaging way, making the 12 weeks of onboarding a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
While a reflection of our company being incredibly lean, a lot of work needs to be done from an asset upload and broader implementation that requires a lot of time on our team's end. There's an opportunity for Bynder to take on additional services or consulting work if there are more companies like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a sizeable number of assets that are held up in our network drive and incredibly difficult to navigate quickly. Bynder allows for quick search and management of our assets, on top of many other module benefits for our team.

The flexibility to work within a tool while leveraging its best practices and proven processes.

We have not run into any challenges with the tool or system to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about this application is that it has a user-friendly user interface which makes it simple for both content makers and stakeholders to navigate. The thoroughly clean design and well-organized portions lead to a smooth user experience. For even those a newcomer to the program, the training curve is minimum, permitting teams to rapidly change and begin using GatherContent effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
However GatherContent is made to be user-friendly, and quite a few users may still experience a learning curve when first using the program. The number of attributes and customization alternatives may take time for it to fully understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing I like about this application is that managing a big amount of content can easily become frustrating, especially when it's distributed across different documents and platforms. GatherContent gives a centralized place for arranging and categorizing content, allowing it to be quite prominent and retrieve particular information. This centralized approach simplifies content management, being sure that content remains obtainable and arranged throughout the whole procedure.
