Bringing order to where there was chaos
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit is that we have all of our brand and marketing assets in one place that everyone can access very easily and that’s resulted in fewer enquiries from colleagues who can’t find the assets or guidelines they’re looking for.
We launched our Brand Hub at the same time we launched our refreshed brand and Bynder was a great tool for embedding those really big changes across the organisation and driving brand standards up.
One of our biggest achievements is setting-up and launching our Bynder portal in less than three months. I think this is a testament to the technology and our partnership with Bynder.
Bynder provides 24/7 technical support and they create opportunities to meet and connect with other customers online and face-to-face where you can discuss common issues.
Bynder is transparent with it's development roadmap and provides us with opportunities to influence that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our organisation has been using Bynder for five years and in that time we have noticed a change in their pricing approach. Some of the new features Bynder develop, such as anti-virus scan and utilising Bynder's pre-built integrations, come with an additional cost over and above our monthly subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us achieve our aim of inspiring, enabling and equipping all of our people to bring our brand to life each day.
A lot of features in a small space !
What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder team have been amazing to work with ! The product itself is intuitive and has a lot to offer. We are new users who haven't scratched the surface of what we can do.
The training support was excellent, and we have some additional points of integration with the product that will help us be more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't seen too many. However, there may be too many options for an organization of our size (we are a smallish organization). But that's not a bad "problem" to have ! Intenrally we need to work on our own policies and procedures for Bynder's use, which Bynder has been helpful advising us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary uses are for digital asset managment and marketing materials management. We are excited to get our photos, videos, and other digital content off of SharePoint and into a system dedicated to dynamic digital and marketing content. We are also using Bynder to manage digitized historical photos and materials that we would otherwise have had a hard time capturing and referencing. The AI component of Bynder was a key selling point in meeting our goals.
User-Friendly Platform & Smooth, Organized Onboarding Process
What do you like best about the product?
Our small creative team just completed our Bynder onboarding and we are all extremely impressed and excited to use and implement the platform. From the start, the sales team and our onboarding representative were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Our onboarding process was not only organized, but also enjoyable. Our training information was all-encompassing of the platform and we now have the proper tools to max out potential use at our company.
What really stood out was the level of support provided. Our onboarding rep was so kind and always provided detailed answers for all of our questions every step of the way. So far, there is nothing that I dislike about Bynder. All resources and interactions have been positive, and I have been able to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is a resource used by our marketing and sales teams. We use it internally for managing our assets and externally to distribute sales programs and product photography to our dealer network. The organization of the platform is very use-friendly and our new users are adapting easily.
Great to have one location for all of our digital assets now!

Bynder has changed how we manage our marketing assets. Before Bynder we had to search for these assets on multiple locations. People were constantly asking me to send them marketing assets. Now they can easily find them on their own.
I also liked the support during the onboarding process. It was great to work with Ben.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder is more expensive than some of the competitors. It's worth the investment though, because it saves a lot of time and it's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the problem that our marketing assets were located at multiple locations and they were difficult to find. With Bynder we now have one location were people can can find them on their own.
Easy-to-use digital asset management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding sessions were fantastic with Amanda (Izzy). She was calm and handled our queries extremely well. Bynder has been very easy to implement. The search function and ease of use are standout factors. Krijn has taken over as our Success Manager and has also proven to be very helpful, insightful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more about our taxonomy and how to implement it among staff so they embrace and understand each metaproperty. This will no doubt come with time!

Bynder has enabled us to centralise our digital assets and relieve the storage on Sharepoint. It is allowing us to ensure brand consistency is adhered to and departments all across the company are able to access what they need.
Onboarding is Thorough!
What do you like best about the product?
Our onboarding was expedited to fit our tight deadline and the Bynder team really stepped up to accomodate our timelines without skipping any crucial steps during Onboarding. Francine was amazing! She had great attention to detail, helped me with all of my random questions, and truly made the onboarding experience less stressful because of her vast knowledge of Bynder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that Bynder can't do that Brandfolder could including sharing files without creating a Collection. We really liked that Brandfolder also offered a username vs an email for login so we could share it with our wholesaler network for access, but the DAM would still be private from anyone who did not have the shared credentials. Having to share collections is something that our team will need to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier filtering for assets. Better tagging system. We did not receive great customer service from Brandfolder. They didn't even ask why we left - so we are happy to be working with such a responsive team at Bynder.
Exciting! Goodbye tedious searching
What do you like best about the product?
Really looking forward to seeing how this system transforms the way we work here. It's ease of use and functionality is very exciting, and I'm hoping it'll really eliminate some of the more tedious and painful tasks here employees experience (such as searching for past assets).

What do you dislike about the product?
We are just starting end-user training and adoption. Hoping with guidance people can take to it quickly and find it as exciting as I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upload, categorize, and tag assets, as well as more easily share them within the company and externally.
Great all-in-one solution for asset management
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a great tool for managing digital files. It has an easy-to-use interface and powerful features that make organizing, sharing, and editing files simple. Implementation was relatively easy together with the team. The Customer Support team is always willing to help you where needed. The portal is really customizable to your own brand. The integrations with other tools are great, and the search and filter function is fast and effective. With Bynder, teams can collaborate from anywhere, making it a great choice for businesses looking to manage their digital assets efficiently.

Some additional integrations cost extra.

The Solution to all my Problems!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to quickly search through our gigantic library of photos. My team would field requests for very specific photos and now I am able to just share our entire library with them and have them search. It's made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not anything that I dislike about Bynder. The Onboarding process was amazing. My team has been using the product for 2 months now and I've not had any complaints or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at an agency that has been around since 2005 and in that time we have accumulated over 50,000 photos. My job as photo lead is to share out specific photos as requested. Well, I have only been with this agency since 2021 and all of the photos taken before I joined were scattered all over our team's google drives and personal drives and archives. By uploading every single photo we have into Bynder and applying tags, now our photo library is extremley easy to search through for everyone on my team, regaurdless of how long they've been with the agency. It's streamlined our photo sharing and searching porcesses to a degree I couldn't imagine!
Seamless and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, and the taxonomy structure makes it easy to find the assets you are looking for. Our onboarding coach was extremely helpful and made this a very stress-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect of Bynder I do not like is that I can only upload one folder of assets at a time (I cannot select multiple folders).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us orgainze our digital assets so they are easy to find and distribute.
