Great interface and robust asset management!
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has made a huge change in how our org shares our assets, guides, and templates. The asset management build was a lot of work, but totally worth it as it is now so much easier for folks to find what they need (confidence in finding an asset went from 44% to 74%),and the results show (went from 51% to 91% satisfied with the variety of assets available! The guides tool is really cool too, you can easily build out mini websites that guide people through your content and how to use it. Overall, its a great tool for us and has transformed what our small but mighty creative team can provide for the organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder has done a lot of work to update their digital templates, but their print templates module is achingly difficult to use. The interface for this tool is so confusing it almost renders it useless. This is the one thing I don't love abou using Bynder, hopefully they will update it soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder makes it possible for us to distribute all of our creative assets from simple logo requests to event templates to PDF printouts to ad placements. It has streamlined a lot of our work and freed us up to focus on bigger more strategic work while also amplifying the impact of everything we do!
Bynder Is a Winner!

With so many options around permission management and the way users can be managed, sometimes this creates conveluted issues that require support to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is ensuring our digital assets are centralised with appropriate retrictions around sensitive content and permission management.
Scaling a Creative Team Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it integrates with the design software (photoshop) that my team is already using is extremely easy for us to navigate. The training and implementation from the Bynder team to get us up and running was super easy and helpful. Support team is always fast and typically replies with a definitive answer. We've completed over 330 Bynder projects so our teams are using Bynder daily. It's been a great way for our creative team to stay creative and our other teams to do whatever they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides can be training and overall understanding for new users. Making Bynder training videos that can easily be found would be a great way to resolve this problem.
Some organization features of collections and templates could be improved, and then some studio features could be improved as well. Dual approvals would be nice or group approvals as well. But Bynder seems to be growing quickly and adding new features.

I lead the design team and in the past we were paying our creatives to just change dates and times on promotional materials. That's not really creative work, that's admin work. Now, with Bynder, the creative team can create promotions, pass the detail work over to our other teams and they can add the details specific to their date, time or location. As our organization is growing and adding new locations, Bynder has allowed us to scale like never before and keeps our teams doing the things they were hired to do. It also reduces the amount of staff needed each time we open a new location, so it's cost effectiveness has been essential to bringing new locations to market without spending a fortune.
Everyone is on brand, all the time, no one is going rogue in other creative softwares and the creative team is in control of it all. It's absolutely beautiful.

Helpful Asset Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part about Bynder is how simple it is to search for assets, it is easy for internal employees as well as external clients. We have had many compliments on the system from our dealers who use the platform.
