Great and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use primarily and the smooth integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I disliked in particular I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all assets in one place and therefore avoiding getting different requests from different members to get X or Y assets.
Overall easy to use and strong support from the Bynder team.
What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder team is very helpful, responsive, and thorough in training. It's easy to upload and find assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai search feature is not very accurate and frequently pulls up irrelevant assets. It can be turned off, but it would be helpful if it worked better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving our time in finding assets and implementing them in their places of use.

Bynder not only serves our organizations base needs but includes so many other features that are pushing up to grow and level up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could bulk edit collections (ex. set multiple collections live at the same time) since its a manual process currently

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Bynder offer more customization options on the DAM homepage, particularly in terms of design flexibility. It would be helpful to have more control over font type, size, and color, as well as image scaling and placement. Adding a few more design-focused features or "bells and whistles" would make it easier to create a more branded, visually engaging experience for users right from the start.

Bynder is helping us do more than just store and share content—it’s playing a key role in our long-term asset management strategy. In addition to housing our current, frequently used materials, it allows us to archive legacy or seasonal content that may not be relevant right now but is still valuable to retain for future use. This ensures we don’t lose important creative, brand, or product assets over time, while keeping our active library clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
Thorough and Efficient Audit and Relaunch of Bynder Portal
What do you like best about the product?
It becomes a search engine for the organization's assets. Assets are uniformly assigned consistent metadata. It eliminates the need for a folder/file structure and the work of keeping it organized. Users are able to quickly find what they are searching for. Collections have allowed for easy sharing of assets and collaboration between teams and external partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some settings and features that are only visible to Bynder. Changing or editing these requires contacting customer support or the Oboarding/Customer Success Manager. Problems and questions were addressed quickly, but it would be user to have more transparency on these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not relying on ad hoc folder/file creation for storage of company assets. Asset Workflow allows for tracking, feedback and approval of assets before they are released to the portal.

the lack of folders are hard because that was my previous method of choice

people on the team couldn't find files and now it will be easier for them to find the files
My Onboarding Experience with Bynder
What do you like best about the product?
Austin, Dean, Jordan, & all members of the Bynder team were extremely helpful & communicative in getting us started. The platform is easy to use, & will save us all a ton of time in getting access to the art that we need, which was previously extremely difficult & time consuming to acquire.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any downsides at the moment – The onboarding process was easy, & I am excited to start using it on a daily basis to help enhance the '47 B2B site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had no image "Dam" or server link that contained all assets that we shoot for a given style/collection/program/etc – It was a real pain to try and loop in 4 different people to track down one specific image that I wanted to use on the B2B site. This was, I will have all assets that I need at my fingertips & can keep the B2B site looking fresh.

It's a super easy to use and clean platform, very straightforward but also can get very complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get ver complex/deep with the platform and it might be hard catching duplicates of things in the backend when developing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to find imagery or branded templates with just a few clicks.

It is very user-friendly. It is easy to find and upload assets to the system.

Integrations are a little bit more complicated when setting up than hoped for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to find assets. One of our big problems before was searching for assets on a local server. Bynder have made this so much easier.
Great Onboarding Manager, Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily find your assets in the DAM using the convenient filtering system Bynder has. I like how this cuts down on time that could be spent searching for files. Customer support and onboarding managers are great sources for helping you with any issues or understanding the product. They give tutorials and explanations to help us learn how it all works. Bynder will be used often for our company to help serve our workers and help them easily navigate to assets. I also like the integration of Adobe apps that can be edited and linked back to the Bynder DAM. Overall, Bynder enhances productivity and also adds structure and control, allowing for an easy implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to learn terminology of Bynder such as automated derivatives and the taxonomy, and how the system works in general. With time, the ease of integration gets easier to learn and ease of integration is not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of reducing time spent searching for files and also reducing download time when sending artwork to vendors, as well as easily being able to send large files. This benefits me because Bynder allows me to send large file attachments that normally can't fit in an email, which is a huge help. Its also easier to navigate to the asset I am looking for.
