Easy onboarding, clear and interactive documentation, intuitive tool, very effective facilitator
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive and easy to use tool. The learning curve is really easy thanks to all the documentation and facililator.

Nothing negative to mention so far. All is clear.

Bynder: A solid choice for project management
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, robust features, etc.
Bynder's intuitive design makes it easy to get started and its powerful features have really streamlined our projects. It's improved our communication across teams. Their onboarding process is incredibly smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Video upload is very slow and unreliable. Videos don't register as uploaded until they're completely converted, and even a brief internet outage will cancel the entire upload to fail. It may have to do with our portal on our company's server, but the process has been painstakingly slow. I also seem to have issues uploading larger files, sometime even as small as 7GB. They hang up on the conversion process. I wish there was a way to get them into the Bynder portfolio before they start converting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving our need for having all our assets in one singular place. They had been scattered, to say the least. Once fully launched, it'll make sharing, both internally and externally, significantly easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it helps create a place where different departments can locate assets easily and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there are no downsides as far as the product goes.

It is creating the bridge between departments to share content easily and efficiently.
Bynder DAM at Publishing Biz
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, intuitive UI and pretty comprehensive API which is great for custom import/export and 3rd party integration needs. We got our implementation done for our primary use cases done very quickly and easily, with great and accessible support from a friendly and helpful team. Jakob and Carina were outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a criticism of Bynder - just a reality of the project to be done: it's important to prepare your loading data and taxonomic structure well to avoid doing things over and over. This is best done through experience if you have a complex use case and several different business function areas to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and management of digital assets (ebooks). Integrated with front end webstores via API for consistent price/product/metadata management.

The asset management features & support is very well thought out.

Asset workflow is basic and I'd really like to see that improved with more reporting and capacity features in the future.

Smart asset management tool that makes it easy to save, organize, and find creative assets.
Good onboarding, longer internal set up
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good onboarding team with a straightforward plan, good support and a handy knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes quite a lot of fine-tuning for the automatization to work like we want them to work and for the taxonomy to make sense for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right file within seconds rather then searching for minutes on our own server. Easy to distribute asset outside of the platform.
A smooth process transferring over 14K assets
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Bynder is its customisable taxonomy which empowers colleagues to find images independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Light users cannot write photo captions, only mid-level users can make changes to metadata so you have to pay a lot more if multiple colleagues globally need to provide photo captions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder reduces duplication of efforts. We are now able to distribute assets more efficiently and our consultants can upload photography and videography directly to the system rather than having to send to us for us to upload it for them. It speeds up project delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
For a company like ours, which produces an enormous amount of content for our activities, the Bynder DAM solution is a everyday tool, it has allowed us to streamline our needs both internally, across various departments, and externally, with our clients and partners. It has resulted in significant time savings in media management and made it much easier to share assets externally. Throughout the entire integration phase of Bynder, the support provided to our teams was flawless. From the initial commercial discussions to the project’s completion, we were guided through each step. Our two contacts, Caroline Gouy and Juliette Crespel, were outstanding—anticipating our questions and responding in record time to any queries that arose during the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A greater ability to customize the homepage without needing to upgrade the plan would be a valuable addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder help us to improve our Media Library content by adding more details and offer us a secure way and easy to share our content whith our customers/partners.
Great experience with new DAM
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was extremely helpful and made me feel confident in launching our company DAM. The platform is folderless which makes finding assets easier than ever. You are able to edit, upload and download assets with ease. Implementation was also very easy. Onboarding only took a few weeks. I just meet my customer support team which thus far seems very nice and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the the ability to drag and drop manual derivatives.

The ability to have all our assets in one place and to be able to distribute them within the company and to external sources

What do you like best about the product?
AI tagging, auto derivatives, visibility flexibility especially with user groups, top asset organization, templating studio tool is great.
Additionally, the implementation team at Bynder - namely Carina Krause and Björn Burger, is 10/10 top. During implementation, our team always had several specific questions which the team was able to answer with ease and in good time. We also needed several specific customizations which the team was able to help us through and implement. Could not have asked for a better implementation support team.

What do you dislike about the product?
AI tags not always correct - could implement a higher certainty threshhold before assigning to an asset (i.e. all tags that are relevant over an 80% certainty rate are applied), would prefer to make this visible or non visible on the style guides (i.e. section by section), homepage is not flexible at all unless custom theming is used.
