Thorough and simple DAM implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone from Bynder that we have been in contact with has been knowledgable, friendly and a joy to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into a couple snags but as we are still in early stages we are working through them. The Sometimes uploads are very slow.

Great Product, Easy Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Bynder was easy to work with from the start. During the vetting process, they communicated their many capabilities and were honest about their product. After contract execution, we had a seamless transition to the onboarding manager, who met with us weekly for several weeks to set up our new portal. The support doesn't stop there -- after onboarding, we were transitioned to the success team and were also provided many resources to ensure our success with their platform.
The Bynder platform itself is intuitive and customizable, with many available integrations. The user experience far outweighs other DAM portals. If you're looking for a new, easy-to-use DAM, this is it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to share at this time. The Bynder team has shared multiple times that if there's an issue with the platform, they will address it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder's platform is ahead of the curve when it comes to DAM portals. As the DAM admin, I have the most experience using the portal on my team. After using another DAM, I can confidently say that Bynder far outweighs others.
The onboarding experience has been nothing short of excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
I have no doubt Bynder will help us become more organized, more efficient, and more productive.

I currently do not see anything I dislike. But we have not fully launched yet.

Exceptionally smooth and well-managed implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was the highlight of our experience. Dean and Nicole were outstanding—well-prepared, attentive to our use case, very knowledgable, and extremely organized. Every meeting was productive, and the project stayed on track from start to finish. I've worked on countless software implementations, and this was by far the best. Dean and Nicole got us off to a fantastic start with Bynder.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues during implementation. Everything went smoothly thanks to a great team.

Bynder helps us stay on brand and provides our global teams with quick, easy access to precisely what they need. It centralizes our digital assets, streamlines content distribution, and ensures teams use the most up-to-date, approved materials.

What do you like best about the product?
The support of the staff, the support resources provided. The timely communication. Updated features and easy to use layout.

Have not experienced any downside. We are in the initial stages of setting up our dam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to consolidate out assets in one place, eliminating the use of multiple asset platforms. This will be a time-saver when working on projects that require a variety of assets.

some issues with upload, causing uploads to crash and have to re-start and apply metadata again

Bynder is top notch
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload assets seamlessly. Also the 'version' capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything i dislike about bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder houses all of our digital assets. It's a great benefit to everyone in the company.
Bynder is wildly flexible and customizable.

There seem to be lots of ways to control access levels based on different users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has seemed very intuitive despite the broad complexity of everything Bynder offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is much faster for browsing things like photos and files, compared to our IT dept's shared server or Dropbox. Additionally, the tagging and creation of galleries allows us to very quickly find something via search rather than just browse.
Surprisingly an enjoyable experience, easier than expected.

The "AI feature" and show "similar items". Those features help in ways i didn't know I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When relating assets I wish Byder had a "select all "option.

Bynder helps me find assets faster, Much faster.
A robust DAM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful filtering and tag management make it easy to find relevant assets. Onboarding and set-up was relatively pain-free, migrating 12k+ assets from a legacy on prem DAM system. SSO integration with Microsoft accounts was also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelmingly, cost is the by far the most significant downside to an otherwise great service.

Bynder is a DAM - for storing and making visual assets available org-wide and with external partners, creating access-managed sets for press releases, and managing brand materials.
