Great solution for digital asset management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in managing thousands of creative documents
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to properly set up and get onboarded, but that would be true for any DAM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management
Exceptional Onboarding and Intuitive Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was great, and we had a dedicated team that was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through setup. The process for finding assets is very intuitive for teammembers, and we like that this is not a folder-based system. Customer support has also been fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is rather expensive, but we think it is worth it to help solve our DAM needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is a fresh start to our DAM, and effective at getting the right assets in front of the right teammembers, while helping us to eliminate the clutter of outdated digital assets.
Outstanding Onboarding Support Makes All the Difference
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team has been incredibly helpful, especially with our particular circumstances. Melissa has been wonderful in advocating for us and our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features from WebDAM, like easily being able to mass upload metadata changes to assets, don't seem to be a standard feature in Bynder. Our onboarding specialist has been able to figure out a work around for us, but this should be something that is easily accessible and useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in need of a repository that is managed by a neutral party for assets that represent several different brands' products, and Bynder has provided this with features that will make it easier and intuitive to upload, search through, and generally manage.
All-in-One Solution with Excellent Support and Easy Localization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bynder is the ease of data searching, categorization, and – more recently – the adaptation of our marketing materials into local languages through Bynder Studio. I love that we can have this full package in one place. I really appreciate the support from the Bynder Studio team, especially Carina and Sven – not only during the onboarding sessions, but also whenever we need help or have additional questions. Their approach is very kind and friendly, which means a lot. Whenever we share any input, they take it as valuable insight. It's really great to see that they genuinely want to move things forward and improve the tool even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder – and especially the Studio module – works well. In the beginning, we needed some time to get familiar with this new tool, but as we discovered its functions, the work became intuitive. If we have any further suggestions, the Bynder Studio team writes them down as new insights, which I see as a great benefit, because I can see that some of them have actually been implemented and are improving the work in Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves our digital asset distribution needs, and more recently, also the adaptation of marketing materials into local languages – something that will be a great help for our local teams, as it allows them to rely less on external agencies. Thanks to Studio, they can handle many adjustments on their own, even without a professional graphic design background.
Exceptionally User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bynder is its flexibility and the way it can be tailored to support our specific workflows and organizational needs. The platform is intuitive, scalable, and provides a centralized, reliable source of truth for our assets, which is critical given the volume and variety of content we manage.
Equally important is the level of partnership and support from the Bynder team. Their responsiveness, patience, and willingness to collaborate—especially when challenges arose—made the onboarding process productive and reassuring. That combination of a strong product and a supportive team is what stands out most to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, most of the challenges we’ve encountered have been less about the product itself and more about the complexity of migrating a large volume of legacy assets and aligning internal workflows. There is a learning curve, particularly during onboarding and configuration, and some processes could benefit from clearer guidance or more streamlined documentation.
That said, the Bynder team has been receptive to feedback and flexible in helping us work through these challenges, which has made a meaningful difference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving the challenge of managing, organizing, and distributing a high volume of digital assets across multiple teams and stakeholders consistently and securely. It provides a centralized source of truth, reduces versioning issues, and ensures assets are easily searchable and accessible while maintaining brand governance.
This has benefited us by improving efficiency, reducing time spent searching for or recreating assets, and strengthening brand consistency across print and digital communications. It also supports better collaboration between creative, marketing, and external partners, allowing our team to focus more on strategy and creative work rather than asset management logistics.

Effortless Asset Management with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Bynder is to use for all demographics, even for those who are technically challenged. It's great that one person doesn't have to spend time tracking down photos anymore because now anyone on the team can find them easily. The initial setup was so easy, especially with the help of Bynder professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bynder for digital asset management. It solves photo taxonomy and sharing issues, making it easy for anyone, even the technically challenged, to find assets without depending on one person.
Efficient Asset Management, Impressive AI Search
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Bynder's AI search capabilities, especially the facial recognition feature. I'm optimistic about the possibility of eventually having video facial recognition too, which would be great. Also, the initial setup process was pretty easy, and I really enjoyed the onboarding. It has served us well in getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, for us, we were hoping to get rid of Frame.io as a review mechanism, but we would have to upgrade with Bynder to get a review capability. So that's something that's a little disappointing that we aren't able to eliminate Frame.io from our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bynder for housing and managing all our final assets, and for sharing collections to groups outside our SSO community.
It is a fascinating tool with a lot of potential that allows to elevate brand management.
What do you like best about the product?
I have always liked its ability to customize and configure functionalities. Additionally, I love each of Bynder's updates; they always take customer service into account. But recently, I am very happy with the Brand Module section (or CX community as it is now called). It's great and we have used it to transfer my client's entire brand book, and now everything is unified in the DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel that there is more potential than we can access or that some functionalities sell more hope than what they actually deliver in the end. For example, the brand module seemed like a panacea, but then we had to personally find shortcuts and deal with complications of simple things because they couldn't be done or that functionality didn't exist. But well, little by little all the tools are improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it facilitates a complete workflow, especially with the integration of the new module: organized and tagged assets that already comply with the branding are uploaded to unify the materials used by all departments and countries, templates are created in Studio based on the branding, and now the branding itself can be reviewed. Everything is connected and integrated in the DAM, which facilitates and improves the production of digital or commercial campaigns and assets. Hopefully, in the future, we will have the content workflow module with AI options, then it will be ideal.
Efficient Asset Management with Smooth Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I find the mass upload option in Bynder extremely helpful, as it allows me to efficiently handle digital assets with precision by including all metadata details via a CSV file. This feature significantly reduces the time and effort required for managing large volumes of data, making my workload much more manageable. Additionally, I appreciate the AI search capability in Bynder. It stands out as a powerful tool that enhances my ability to locate and retrieve assets quickly and accurately, streamlining my overall workflow. My initial setup experience with Bynder was notably smooth, which speaks to its user-friendly design and efficient implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of a feature in Bynder for managing duplicate entries effectively. There should be an option to handle duplicate assets by either replacing the existing file or creating a copy of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bynder for managing digital assets, allowing mass uploads with metadata via CSV, solving the challenge of updating data in bulk efficiently and enhancing asset searchability with AI technology.
Intuitive Interface and Powerful Search Make Bynder Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
The taxonomy system, search-ability and easy interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes less is more, this is far from just a Bynder problem but some features are unneeded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our overall organization of files and tracking usage/timetables.
