Fielo, a great tool to help us in our services
What do you like best about the product?
Fielo is a game-changer when it comes to building and managing loyalty programs. Its robust package offers a wide range of features that helps us create personalized and engaging loyalty initiatives. With Fielo, we can easily track and reward customer behavior, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. It's a powerful tool that makes a real difference in driving customer engagement and maximizing program effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fielo is powerful and helps me a lot in the settings, allowing multiple selections of criteria, but this ends up making it difficult when changing rules when we have a complex configuration, as it causes excessive work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
has developed a powerful engine to allow configuring and automating a loyalty program, it does this in a way that allows us to gain performance in the development and configurations of campaigns allowing the creation of new incentives without the need for the development team, making me able to have more scale and better meet the deadlines and expectations of our customers
Flexible loyalty program management software
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the software and integration capabilities. Also, being able to incorporate a front end solution within the organization has made it easy to enhance the UX. The software is easy to use, once trained, as a director and program manager covering multiple iterations, both domestically and potentially internationally. The support is great and their discipline to QBR's is solid, which is important as a Program Director.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to the software initially, understanding the capabilities and being able to leverage those capabilities are my biggest struggles, but that's more of time to practice and test on my end than the actual software itself. The support from Fielo has been solid in both the onboarding, but also the continued support as we mature as a program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer segmentation, appropriate recognition and support (loyalty), execution of that support as well as differentiation of why our customers should choose us versus the competition. In the near future we'll also tap into promotion management, and engagement modeling.
Loyalty Management via FIELO
What do you like best about the product?
1) easy plug-in to Salesforce.com, similar interface, easy access to already available data sets, familiar ways to operate with data management and reporting

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Unacceptable UI/UX for mobile devices in the past - now it is a different product with promising results after initial testing. However, re-onboarding of existing users will be required
2) unclear roadmap for the product as such. There are valuable features; however, not clear what exact implementation and when exactly will appear

FIELO, the ultimate LMS solution!
What do you like best about the product?
FIELO LMS is a great tool to connect with retailers, educate them about products and award them points for their efforts. The best thing about FIELO is it's continuously improving and enhancing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every great tool has some downsides. FIELO team should be more careful during release to avoid impactful issues. Enhanced Reports can help analysts/admins to understand and help run the business smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FIELO has solved so many issues for us over the past few years. One of them is the Leaderboard, which helped us massively improve retailer engagement. FIELO summer release came with some great widgets, and we are excited about them.

- UI/UX of widgets for fronted users;
- complex configuration of incentivization and leaderboards ranking;

Fielo, as a learning and gamification solution, helps us:
- build awareness about products, systems and loyalty programs across in Indirect Retail Channel at multiple markets;
- increase engagement with other implemented capabilities, like tasking in "Consumer Goods';
- gamify learning with points, badges and leaderboard rankings;
- manage long-term and short-term loyalty programs at multiple markets.

The Fielo team is very easy to work with. The solution is compatible with Salesforce and very extendable.

I love how it's built on Salesforce so that we can use it in our Salesforce Experience site to reward our customers for desired behavior.

The innovation level of the application is somewhat slow.

Fielo's solution is very customizable to meet our various needs. We can create customized solutions that meet the requirements of our internal and external customers.
Their powerful package allows us to ramp up and down various programs very quickly without significant development efforts.

Like many other managed packages in the Salesforce ecosystem, there are cases where we're unable to see all of the details of how the box works, so in some cases, we need to create additional workarounds for certain requirements when working with the Fielo platform.

Fielo allows us to run a highly customizable incentive program that drives customer loyalty. It allows us to create personalized solutions for specific customers to incentivize particular behaviors when engaging with us.

Being a Salesforce API is an outstanding feature from Fielo and the wide range of default structured solutions for loyalty programs.

It takes specialized resources to develop tailormade process.
