Great motor for a complete Loyalty Program
Fielo is a powerful loyalty engine natively on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Configuration options are considered very simple
- Fielo team provides great services (they are mostly in different timezones to us but will make themselves available)
- Certain setup requires Salesforce Admin to perform the configuration, and business users are not permitted to make the changes.
