The best tool for PM as well as for Linguists.
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of useful features, intuitive control and a nice design.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should always pick up the file format. It cannot be picked automatically by Memsource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatization of translation. It is the most convenient tool for linguist.

What do you like best about the product?
The Interface really helps the new joiners to integrate themselves to the team. The control of the actions by the steakholders is easy and simple via the app. Recomended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app does not work very well, but after the latest updates the core has been a lot more stable and easy to work with. The Development team is very helpfull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping to translate an app for the company I work for. The team is all over the world but we still able to acomplish the goal together thru the app.

The auto completion is really great and easy to use

Sometimes it's not easy to visualize what is the object to translate, and where it is on a product, so we don't always have enough context to translate efficently

I can have my product in every language easily and quickly, and each translator is autonomous. also the change on my product is immediate

What do you dislike about the product?
- As a new Product Localization Manager, I wanted to get to know the Phrase tool: I contacted support and our AM several times to do an Onboarding: it was not possible. No one was able to give me some time to show me how the tool works.
- In case of problems, the support is not reactive.
-No overall follow-up on all ongoing projects
- Can't create custom tags
- No role for the proofreader or copywriter
- Lack of connection with other tools we have for content management

Love this tool so much
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer I love that phrase isn't just a tool purely for the web. It deeps integrates into my design process and lets me preview translations in my design files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't really think of any downsides to Phrase of yet. Our developers have enjoyed using it and the process of adding different locales to our product has become as easy as translating our keys online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was app localization and OTA fixes to copy. Phrase has done a great job at fixing both of those things for us. Instead of having to wait for app releases to change translations or typo's we can now just do it ad-hoc.
Good but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth integration with source content, including in-context editor that makes it easy to translate accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editor could have more features and be more user-friendly. Missing automatic scroll of segments, filter on segments with comments, reset segment status, etc.

It's a great tool for companies who want to translate their content in-context, and without the hassle of exporting/importing content onto their platforms.

The way to update the mobile app strings over the air

All seems to be good. A refresh of the user interface is welcome as always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We was able to integrate the iOS SDK and use the OTA solution to update strings without a release on the App Store

The ease of managing translations for multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to export screenshots with keys.

It has a straightforward interface and helps do the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comment and notification sections could be improved. It's hard to keep track of things. I also think that the "matches" bar can lead to confusion sometimes.

Phrase helps me localize copy for my company. Developers can also use the tool.
