Great tool for localisation, with some needed improvements when it comes to the API
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use. Branches make the development lifecycle pretty convenient. API is good enough, but it needs some improvement to further enable fully automated development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API seem to be a bit immature, with many needed improvements like having the ability to do batch operations (updating keys in batches, etc). The UI can be a bit more intuitive as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling localization and translations in our core projects. Being able to allow differently stakeholders to chanhe localizations on the spot. Being able to use the API and CLI tool!
A valuable tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have a tool like Memsource with so many useful resources for translators to get the job done. It is hard to highlight just one, but the ability to use it online, without the need to install anything on your computer, along with the possibility to use it on a Mac, my number one computer for translating, is the one I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search and replace function is available only in the desktop version and it really would be useful if it was also available in the web version. Please think about implementing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The freedom to use my prefered computer, which is a Mac, without having to install a VM to use Windows-based software is the main problem I'm solving with Memsource. It saves me time as I don't have to wait for Windows anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
YOu should consider Memsource especially if you want to be free from Windows.

What do you like best about the product?
I am writing from Hacettepe University (Türkiye). First of all, I would like to thank you for your cooperation by presenting the memsource software to us. Memsource cloud is easy to use, efficient and advanced software. Our students often tell us that they are very happy to step into the world of translation software through the memsource academic license. It's a very good experience for them. It is now a necessity to acquire the knowledge and skills of CAT tools, which are necessary in professional life, through courses at the university. In this context, I would like to express my endless thanks to memsource for providing the necessary support. Thank you very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like memsource. Memsource has a very easy interface. So, the students can easly learn it. Il is also amazing to teach memsource cloud to our students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has advantages in speed, quality and terminological support.

What do you like best about the product?
The dinamic and speed that helps us in our routines so atribulated with work and acomplishments. The tools of search are very useful. Compared to the competitors you are the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The colors is not so pretty. I think the layout should be more beautiful. The tools are sometimes very slow. Being more beautiful and opmtizing tools it will become a great software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problems with resource and the memory nare being solutionated with this software. Academic researches are being very stimulated because the work of the software is very helpful.

It gonna help you with translations works. You can organize your translations. The software conects you with the more famous translators tool on internet. You can also schedule your files and plan your work.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
All around a great product that will help a lot of people translate with no characters limit and great pricing (the fact that the price is static makes it really interesting!)
What do you dislike about the product?
As the product is still in its Early phases, it can have some sorts of incoherent translations but I think its expected since Im not using english as a primary language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sorts of translation in a subreddit forum that I use to extract IT information about spreadsheets and dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good overall product, but if your text needs to be cristal clear I suggest that you go over it after its done, I picked up some incoherent translations or meanings.
My #1 CAT tool
What do you like best about the product?
A very easy to learn, yet efficient solution, my experience of using this CAT tool has been very positive and the support from Memsource has been professional and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use my own transaltion memory and termbase. Sometimes Memsource is painfully slow, even on a fast Internet connection. No way to show tracked changes inline in the Memsource editor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on my translation and editing projects with Memsource, and I have no financial concern about it. I feel more or less productive, also business performance.
The best CAT-tool to show the students how TM- and MT- technologies work
What do you like best about the product?
Before this year, I introduced Trados first but then decided to try Memsource for the students not familiar with CAT-tools. And it worked far better as Memsource is easier to start with and is not as complex as other CAT-tools. Students enjoy working in couples, peer review, group work experience, and other activities possible in Memsource. Excellent client support and user-friendly interface. Glad we've had the academic program with Memsource since 2018!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Student Certification page didn't work this year. Hope to find the way out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the number of students in my introductory course increased from 30 to 100, Memsource has become a handy instrument to teach the basics of CAT-tools. Happy to have Academic Program with them!

Memsource is a very convenient and user-friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface with many features displayed right on the editor screen, such as concordance (TM) and termbases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Term consistency and typos. I can avoid almost all errors because Memsource always shows if something thing is not ok.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the function "open all files" at the same time for consistency

What do you like best about the product?
When I first integrated Phrase into our product, I was a junior engineer in my first role. It was easy to use and did exactly what we needed. We've been able to keep growing and expanding use cases since then. For future projects, it would be the first place I would go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, we didn't feel like we needed the integration part of it, and I didn't love that if we just wanted to order some translations periodically that we had to keep the service active. Now we use the service parts of it, so this has come full circle and isn't an issue, but having an a la carte feature would be nice. Especially because I am not sure it would be worth it to use if I were only translating a few lines of copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to translate our application. The biggest benefit now as our application has grown is the GitHub integration part. With more engineers touching the code, it lets me just click a button to order new translations and then creates a PR right then and there for the changes once they come back.
