Great workplace for translation works
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping up-to-date with the team without emailing to each other is a quite pro-active way with Phrase. Our team is never lost in the middle of "what to do next?" questions with Phrase.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface might be improved and developed by adding visual properties. The functionality is more tha okay; however, user interface might be improved visual-wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are translating and reviewing the electoronic platform's internal languages. Due to the fact that the smart translation assisstant is very helpful, me and my team enjoy the platform a lot.
Great tool for both startups and enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
The agility to add, remove and change translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly when you need to "omit" or "ignore" a translation, it can become very painful, as it keeps showing as "to be done".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main use of Phrase is translations of products. It allows me to create it in multiple languages and for many users.
The perfect CAT
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that Memsource offers. Also, the platform is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to merge jobs again after splitting them and to have an improved QA pane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating new projects is less stressful than before thanks to the intuitive interface and UX.

A pleasure working with Memsource
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Academic Edition of Memsource with university-level students for several years and am more than satisfied with it. The Academic Edition provides a perfect opportunity for students to become acquainted with translation technology, not least machine translation. The support team at Memsource is extremely friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes with regard to my use of Memsource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, I am using the Academic Edition of Memsource with my students which is very easy to include in my teaching in a meaningful way.
User Friendly TMS
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Memsource is to use. We have consistently been using Memsource for about 5 years and are very happy with the software. Our translators and editors are able to work in it without a problem, and we've found that many of our partner agencies that we use are already familiar with it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are so many things offered by Memsource that I'm not sure how to use them (or if they apply to our company). Specifically one thing that frustates me sometimes is that there is no warning on the page where you upload a new document and assign vendors to tell you that you forgot to to choose an attachment so it will not be created. This happens to me quite often that I go ahead and assign vendors for all languages and steps, hit "save" and then it disappears since I forgot to upload an attachment. I then have to start all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able now to provide discounts for 100% matches, fuzzy matches and repetitions. Plus, we enjoy more consistency from document to document with the same client by using Term Bases and TMs. It's also easy to download completed files and useful to essentially have a one-stop shop where all of our documents are housed and worked on.

What do you like best about the product?
All its PM features as well as Online and Offline Editor
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want to see a more comprehensive Terminology Export feature. Context of the exported terms would be a very useful feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various technical issues of file import, reporting etc. The replies are quick and very detailed. No need to go back twice to the Support team.
Memsource experience
What do you like best about the product?
Memsource is easy to use and has many helpful features. Customer Support is great. They are willing to help me with any questions that I may have. I really appreciate their help.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, nothing I dislike about Memsource. I use Memsource frequently and am satisfied with this platform.

I have no problems using Memsource. The interface is very user-friendly.

Everything is self-explanatory. The tool is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even for beginners.

The format of the file might be distorted after downloading the job.

I work closely with MemSource to monitor translation projects. It is effortless to keep track of the progress as a project manager.
