Other CAT tools might be more comprehensive in terms of options, but the ones in Memsource are good enough.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Mensourse is the simplicity of its user interface, comparing it to other CAT tools. Anytime I use Memsourse for my translation project, its simple and well-organized UI gives me a pleasant translation experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Memsourse does to improve on their already excellent service delivery is to add a few more African languages to the machine translation engine. I wish to, one day, translate from English to Ewe or Twi (Ghanaian local languages) without any fear of mistranslation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Memsource, I am always able to deliver timely and accurate service to my clients. Memsource is extremely reliable in terms of the quality and the speed it enables me to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and sync between the version control and phrase was the best feature, along with the different formats that are supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated to configure the integration file within your application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a different microservice that shares a set of localized translation files has been easy to manage using phrase, and the process became easier between the tech to the localization team.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Japanese-to-Indonesian and English-to-Indonesian translator. As a translator, I have worked with various kinds of texts, ranging from official documents, technical manuals, software, mobile application, animation movies and comic books. The CAT tool that I always use is Memsource. I've been using Memsource as my main translation tool for around 3 years. The reasons I choose Memsource are its ease of use and its availability on various operating systems. It helps me to get my work done at the office, at home, or even when I'm travelling.

I want Memsource to provide more friendly prices for Freelancers.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Memsource since 2012. For me it's the most reliable, easy-to-use and fast translation tool. I translated thousands of pages of different texts in various formats in English, Russian and German as a Memsource user, project manager and proofreader/editor. It's indispensable when you need to ensure quality and consistency of translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after newly added segments overwrite previous ones, it's necessary to double check segments pretranslated from 100% and 101% matches and auto propagations

I use Memsource for translations and QA of projects translated by other translators. It provides quality and consistency and saves time. Fir sure, it helps increase business performance

What do you like best about the product?
Memsource is a fantastic tool not only for experienced translators, but also for younger language talents. It is intuitive, easy-to-use, and will definitely help you save time and money. I highly recommend it to freelance linguists and translation agencies.

It would be wonderful if the font were bigger.

Amazing experience using Memsource
What do you like best about the product?
The use of Memsource is easy and intuitive, it allows the use of many different text extensions, the use of glossaries and TMs is also easy and it even has machine translation, which helps speed up the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Especially in the beginning I had a hard time finding things that are in the configuration and I got confused when it was a project or a job, which made me sometimes delete or do some action that was not the one I wanted. I think some icons could be bigger to make it easier to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All integrated in the same place (machine translation, glossaries, memories, etc.), it allows you to work on the texts as if they were a Word text, quality control and project management in relation to the translator.

Easy, accessible, intuitive, multitasking. I highly recommend it!
Best CAT tool
What do you like best about the product?
Memsource is extremely nimble, efficient, stable, and reliable. It doesn't crash like other CAT tools, and it doesn't load forever when you confirm a segment. Totally would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it was the recent update, but recently I've found a little hard to use page up/down + directions after forced line breaks in translation segments. Not a huge issue but it would great if it were fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly converting xliff files from other CAT tools to translate in Memsource then convert back.
