What do you like best about the product?
A quick, simple and cost-effective way to translate our web app and mobile app into a plethora of languages. Plus there is a very attentive customer services team on hand for newbies like me to help navigate the obvious and not-to-obvious things in Phrase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor UI quirks that will be ironed out, but nothing life-threatening. From a personal perspective, I would like to see Kannada translations added to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a great ability to allow our developers to add contextual translation from our various platforms to show how the translation works from English to various languages

It is the best online translation software that I have used to date

Too small amount of free characters, sometimes the service shows errors

That you can open multiple files in one view and have many filters

That in the analysis view you don't have the option to see all fuzzies as one.

Pricing could be better in my view and it affects my productivity for the better.

This platform is super light and requests less internet quota. It's safe for Indonesian translators

Phrase manage well to get all the translation from the development codebase and then merge it all with one workflow, thanks to connectors

Recent updates to Memsource services prohibited us from being able to utilize our paid subscription. We were told that we had to pay more to keep on using our subscription, even though it was not frequently used.

Make sure you read the fine print of the agreement.
Memsource is very straightforward to use, making it definitely one of my favourite CAT tools

Memesource is so easy to master in comparison to other CAT tools but is just as well developed as the rest.

I would prefer it if it wasn't only accessible online.

The MT aspect is very useful and saves me a lot of time when translating.
