Great review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access from web browser and/or mobile app, great and knowledgeable TM memory, great auto-fill function, great user interface that reads very easily and awesome support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit clunky when used on different browsers like Chrome / Brave. Works perfectly with rather outdated browsers like Microsoft Edge, no dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently there is still rather small support for different web browsers and I get logged out after logging in and trying to interact with UI and new tasks. That could be solved.
My most important work tool
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase TMS is easy to use and accessible from a variety of platforms. It has a clean userface, and is very stable compared to a lot of the other translation tools on the market. Whenever I have the choice, I prefer working in Phrase TMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have several customers who all use Phrase TMS, and that have connected me to their server. It would be very helpful if I could add all of these accounts to one login on the webapp in the same way that I can on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase TMS makes it a lot easier to make sure my translations are consistent. I often work on large book projects where it would be hard to maintain the same level of consistency without Phrase TMS. It also makes it possible for me to work from several platforms and when I am on the move.

For me as a translator, Phrase is a great asset. It helps me to quickly find the right words and phrases for translation jobs, saving time and effort. With Phrase, I can access a vast database of pre-translated phrases and terms in my language pair, which I can use to ensure accuracy and consistency in my translations. It also provides features such as automated quality assurance checks and machine translation integration.
Phrase is highly customizable. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to learn and use the system.

Great translation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool, very easy to use.
Very helpful features to provide context to the translator so they can see/understand exactly the purpose of the initial text.

What do you dislike about the product?
Management of sentences with plural might be enhanced, the brackets management is not clear to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No deployment/reload by the development team needed to update the translations.
Very helpful and ergonomic CAT tool for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is rapidity of Phrase TMS, comfortable interface, possibility to work directly in browser, ease of project and file management. I appreciate also the numerous webinars proposed by the team of managers. It helps me to be updated and informed about the tool and community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes working in this CAT tool I faced some problems in text recognition (low quality images of documents). A new version is simple but some menu features and options are hidden I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this tool I have increased the number of direct clients and agencies located in different countries. It helps me to be more attractive. The agencies ask me very often if I know how to use Phrase TMS in order to be potentially hired.
For me = perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
A perfect layout – it's easy for me to work in it, but mainly – so far, it is the only tool where double spaces can be removed very easily. I don't have to look for them and see where they are, but it shows them to me by itself and offers the option to remove them, so I don't have to waste my time doing so. Phrase - good work! 👍
What do you dislike about the product?
When I get a job with open & locked segments, and I run QA, I need to confirm all of them, even those locked ones, and if you have 100 locked segments it is a madhouse to click on each one and ignore them. It's really frustrating & time-consuming.

I'd like to be able to see my translation score (the number that tells how close I am to the original) quicker.

Localisation made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase really helps us to localise our product, a digital platform, for every new country we dive into. In our business sector it is really important to be able to offer the platform at least in one of the native languages so the value of our product can be really felt, seen, measured and used.
What do you dislike about the product?
For beginners, Phrase can be seen as quite complex, and you can easily do the wrong things. Also, adding screenshots to accompany the translation keys' meta data, even in more easier way, could provide some good information about what that key is actually representing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase solves our localisation issues. We are able to invite translator to work with our vocabulary and easily put those translations into use on our platform by just simply downloading the translations in the right format.
Best Translation Program
What do you like best about the product?
It is a handy tool, since it helps us daily to translate dozens of projects, it is pretty fast because of the "translation memory" tool; you can organize the tasks very well and give the necessary permissions to the people who will be in charge of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is true that there are some aspects to improve, in some of our projects the keys are duplicated without having it in the project, then, this would be a very good improvement for the future, for everything else is very good, grateful to have this tool and all the support we have when we have any doubt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all, it simply helps us to translate many projects into the 9 languages we use.
