It can be slow in case of very large documents.

It helps me translating by using the translation memory to allow consistency in my work
Good experience for Phrase TMS
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies the localization process, integrates rich support for all types of documents, and provides a comprehensive and scalable process system.
Allows everyone in the localization process to work in one place without the need for any additional software installation
Allows everyone in the localization process to work in one place without the need for any additional software installation
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, not too much, but after Phrase changed from Memsource to Phrase, some features become unstable.
Some of the areas for improvement in the localization process reported by the customer were not much improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables team members in various segments to work on the same page while not requiring any software to be installed. And make most of the people increased business efficient.
Initail testing and discovery
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with TMS and Sting management tools that include tags and status.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I am trying to verify security and networking prior to purchase, so I will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because the translation also has CMS capabilities for sting, and integrates with Figma, the tool is going to be used by all content designers.
Very intuitive and versatil tool
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and versatil the tool is for translating and checking
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the source text does not appear in the part below
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consistency between identical and very similar segments is what I value the most
Probably the best online translation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Practically all the features of an advanced desktop translator tool on an online translation environment. Excellent filtering and sorting functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As all online tools, it depends on the quality of your connection, but it is generally fast and responsive. Better search and replace functions (with wildcards).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a staff translator, all online tools somehow _add_ to my problems, because they are generally considerably worse than their desktop counterparts, but Phrase is the least aggravating of them all.
Intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I didn't have to learn any special techniques to use it; as a Trados user who'd also used MemoQ in the past, I found it quite intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The QC function can be a bit tedious at times. It's very thorough, which ensures a good result. But it flags things like numbers that appear as numerals in the source but are better spelled out in the target, for example. Rather than checking "ignore" 100X on things I know are right, I'd love an option to ignore all perceived "errors" (discrepancies) of a certain type. (It may exist, and I just don't know how to access it.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It applies translation memory efficiently and ensures consistency across and within documents, saving me time and unnecessary labor and ensuring a better outcome.
Great software!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very practical software. It is easy to use and has built-in QA, which makes the whole translation experience much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. It is a very good software overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes translation so much easier for me.
Very convenient platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase helps us in daily business to keep our platform adaptive and dynamic. With a good project structure, you can quickly find all keys to adjust if needed
What do you dislike about the product?
The new editor is quite a bit different which is a bit disruptive in the beginning. Good that we can still switch back :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase is giving us the possibility to create a structure where all translations are hosted and managed in a way that it is all properly aligned. This saves us a lot of time when we have to adapt or change a structure with text inside.
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
You can save time (money) with this TMS tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The QA tool could still be improved. Functionalities like those of XBench would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have here a powerful tool to maintain a general consistency in texts (or even in multiple files).
An interesting alternative to offline-based CAT tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase TMS offers a working experience which is quite similar to offline-based CAT tools. It is miles ahead of offers like XTM, which is clunky, slow and inefficient. I also like you have the option to work on a desktop-based version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the web-based Phrase interface stops working correctly (at least in my computer and using Chrome). The QA feature tends to miss some very basic spelling mistakes. I miss the possibility of joining smaller files into a larger file, which may make working on projects with a very large number of files far easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with larger, repetitive projects using a consistent, easy-to-use interface.
