Awesome Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very much user friendly and machine translation is too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
For big segments, difficult to locate the cursor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Machine translation improved.
Phrase TMS is easy to use and increases productivity dramatically!!!

Ease of use, frequency of use and ease of integration

I would love to see a feature where I could add Translator notes for my client, that woulc extract into the Word file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providng a first draft that boosts my translation productivity.
The best translation suite
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other translation suites, and Phrase takes the cake. It has so many powerful features, I use it every day and am just scraping the surface.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the AI features could be much smarter. For example, after I put terms in the TB and even forbidden terms, the pre-translation keeps using terms I don't want instead of the ones I do. It also doesn't learn from corrections I make over and over again, like the style of punctuation I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time and is much more organized than doing everything in Word files like I used to.

What do you like best about the product?
The appearance of the editor is very clear and helpful to work fast, the possibility of exporting bilingual files in Word, the presence of a window where we can see the final result...
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is: 1. the fact that, at the end of the translation or MTPE or revision, I always find myself with a tremendous amount of QA check items to review, which is really time-consuming, and frequently for some minor or inexistent issues, 2. the impossibility, within a segment, to copy and paste a translated part (when we realize that it would be better worded in another order), which would be greatly time-saving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes various processes - translation, MPTE or review - faster because without any CAT tool, you lost time always searching the point where you were a few minutes ago in the source text.
Great TMS
What do you like best about the product?
Makes working as part of a team easier and allows better project management. The features make marking and commenting on various sections for other team members is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While very small, there is no highlighting function. While making texts bold, underlined and italic, having a highlight function would add a useful feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team translation and projects function helps team members work together using their strengths both in office and remotely.
Phrase for freelancers is great.

Not only it's easy to use, but also affordable in comparison to other CAT tools.

It would be great if it was a monthly subscription.

Translations for several projects in one place
Great access to TM, TB and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it's been to access, see, download and share the exported changes. This allows our team to maintain QC and share punctual feedback with our linguists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were avenues for for our linguists to communicate while they work on their assignments. If we could add a chat feature or some type of bridge that will create a communication channels between translators/revisers - that would be really great!

Great software
What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of all the languages and the easinness to navigate into. The fact that we can quicly see how many strings we have left to translate by language
What do you dislike about the product?
The new upgrade of UX/UI was hard for me to adapt to it in the beginning but now it's working fine. I think the least thing I like is the fact that we don't have visbility on how many words the translators had done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of the amount of work we have left to do and the fact that we can easily integrate with other softwares/platforms.
