Excellent CAT tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new features. Multiple files can be combined into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often need to reload the file for translation due to internet problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Much faster and easier to use than any other online CAT Tool

For me, I really miss the analysis function within the tool. You can only see numbers in the bottom left corner, but you can't create your own analysis to track your weighted progress.
The other important thing is QA. I recently did a translation where QA took nearly 2 hours because the system can only process and display a certain number of lines at a time, and in addition, dealing with inconsistencies is very difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to offline platforms, it doesn't add anything extra, but it doesn't make life more difficult than competing online platforms such as XTM.
Good software with constant evolutions
What do you like best about the product?
It works well for our needs and has evolved a lot during the past few years!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit cluttered and it's hard to follow-up on all the changes that have happened recently.

We've been able to translate our software in many different languages and Phrase adapted well to our setup.

Ease of understanding and usage
Easy to use tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The commands are easy to access and function well. The verifier is very good!

I wish there was a better translation suggestion feature like in Trados, i.e. where any fragments are suggested.

Great translation software.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and manage projects. Projects are very easy to implement, they have great costumer support. I use it regularly (weekly) with students and it can be easily integrated with word documents. I also use multiple features that allow us to keep the projects organized and separated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to use and to implement. Perhaps it would be great if it integrated educational tools so that it could be more easily used in higher education settings for teaching and learning.

Phrase is easing our translation process with the help of its AI tools.
User-Friendly Online CAT Tool with Great Translation Memory Management
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is efficient. The statistical results are usually excellent. The software is easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options are buried a bit deep, and some nice-to-have options aren't available. But Phrase has terrific tech support and works remarkably well in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase is helpful to help us ensure uniformity accross documents, and to ensure we comply with our various client's preferences and references. The translation memories and term bases are well programmed and function extremely well. I have used several translation memories over the years, and Phrase has been the fastest, most efficient one.
A user-friendly localization platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Phrase (or more precisely, Memsource, before being acquired by Phrase) sicne 2016. Memsource/Phrase has always been one of my favorite localization solutions as a translator. It doesn't show ridiculous bugs, it's RTL-friendly to a good extent, and it's got a good source text preview. It's easy to work with it and easier to learn it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to use it with smartphones. It used to have a Android version (which I really liked). And it was better if it used two displays better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a localization management tool. As a translator, it helps me contribute to localization projects.
Quite good, however Finnish text suggestions do not match with grammar.

Proofreading is good, even though Q/A is sometimes complex.

It does make very good sentence formats from original source text.
