A best choice
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an easy to understand platform, with easy integration and the fact that there is a 14 day trial period is ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any things I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like most is that it gives me full control over my localization process.
Easy to get started
What do you like best about the product?
When using phrase i dont have to worry about the back end as the translator. I love that we no longer have to use large spreadsheets to manage the vocab we generally use, the system automaticly saves common translations and show them as sugesstions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some setup that takes recources at the biginning and the engeneering teem to have to keep adding the new "keys". But this is overshadowed but the usebility onece set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can localize the menus in the large SaaS tool.
A simple and practical way to review translations for longer documents.
What do you like best about the product?
- Costumer support is fast and very helpful
- It is the fastest product I've tested in terms of pre-translation
- No word limit for translation is a game-changer, definetely the decisive factor for our company to chose Phrase.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is not easy to use Phrase for pre-translations of PDF files.
- The Phrae TMS, altough very complete, it is not straightfoward. I had to watch some tutorials on YouTube to understand all the features.
- When adding some direct translations to the glossary, they are not always incorporated automatically, I still need to edit them manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often need to translate longer documents in multiple languages, which we used to pay external translators to do the work. Now we use Phrase to pre-translate them, and send them for revision to the freelancer. This process saves us significant time and money.
Easy to use with a variety of features
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful to be able to skip segments that have already been translated when completing the translation of a segment and moving on to the next segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
When entering a space or tag in a corner, it is inconvenient that I cannot position the cursor where I want to enter the space or tag.

Phrase is a very easy-to-use tool.
I have no problems with it, although some of its difficulties are mentioned above.

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is a rather user-friendly platform that can help you deliver high quality jobs thanks to its QA and spelling checks. Moreover, you can use tools like an MT or a glossary, as well as the Concordance function that allows you to look up terms whithin the same projects you're working on! I would be happy to use it again in future projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use some visual improvements.

Using these kinds of platforms is a nice way to organize your translation projects and visualize them in a cleaner way. Also, Phrase ensures you are not missing any tags or other relevant information that can mess up your translation.

I like that it splits text into the parts and it makes everything more transparent and the built-in translator also helps.

If you don't youse it on everyday bases, sometimes it is easy to forget about the various useful features.

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is so much easier to use than other CAT tools that I have tried working with. The layout of the tool's features is logical and structured so that you won't lose valuable time searching through settings. I specifically appreciate the term extraction option which is useful when creating a specialized term base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to integrate a spellchecker in other languages as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me extra time and helps to complete my work in time. I like the fact that all the possible questions that a translator may have are already provided with answers in the Help section.

All features in one. Phrase is the first CAT tool I've learned and it perfectly serves my needs

As I use it as a translator, there are some features I'd like to remove/hide

I don't need to use various platforms, all in one place
Work time has increased in efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
There is a translation memory, so you can see how it has been translated so far. You can also create a vocabulary list so that your translations will not be blurred. You can also change translations in batches, which is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions are good, but there are many new pages to open and button operations to get to those functions. Still, I think it is a significant improvement.

By using a platform , I have reduced the time. Also, the batch translation by AI has been very helpful.
