User friendly and fast
What do you like best about the product?
I have the possibility to receive my "jobs" directly into my email inbox, by been tagged from the "owner" of the translation.
From that moment I click through the link, that bring be to intuitive page; and I'm ready to translate!
In the right side of the page I can find suggestions on how to translate sentences based on previous works and if something is not clear I can tag the "owner" in a specific chatter.
Moreover, I've the chance to change my translation with a simple click without having thousand files on my drive, because everything is on Phrase App.
I strongly, recommend Phrase App if you have frequent translations to do and you need to be fast and accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I cannot find low lights. The only thing, could be to improve always more suggestions for the sentences that has to be translated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first, I used to receive excel files with different columns and I did the translation slowly, cell by cell; without any interaction. I was not able to see how many words were left to finish the job and there were no suggestions on how to better translate the texts.

Easy-to-use, localization-friendly headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
As a global content manager for mobile app and web, I find that PhraseApp's super-responsive search function makes it easy to find strings in all languages and filter by keywords. This helps us locate content across all our platforms (mobile and web) that we need to update quickly.
I also like the tracked versioning of all content changes -- this helps us see all changes made by whom and when. The tracked versions show us visually what has been deleted and changed using strikethroughs and colour coding, which makes it very easy for editors to read and follow.
Every PhraseApp key allows us to add a screenshot or notes for writers and translators, which means this could technically allow us to use the CMS as a translation management tool. We currently don't do this in our company, but it's a huge plus for people in my profession.

I find it difficult to export all languages in one clean copybook. At the moment I seem to only be able to export one copybook per language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PhraseApp to quickly localize content in all markets where our product is available. Developers are able to create PhraseApp keys before content is final, allowing editors and translators flexibility to update content in a different workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're new to a headless CMS, this is possibly the neatest, freshest, simplest solution I've encountered so far.
Excellent and friendly support
What do you like best about the product?
What I actually like best about PhraseApp is their support: they are always very friendly, responsive and helpful. What's more, the product is continuously improved based on the feature requests and the opinion of the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to define translation jobs over several projects. I also would like to have reports and statistics for all jobs created with our account. I am hopeful that this will be addressed in some future release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PhraseApp for the translations of resource bundles for the applications we develop in house. Depending on your environment and setup, it hat the potential to greatly simplify the translation process and the integration with your source code (repository sync). The translation memory shared by all projects and the glossary help to improve the consistency of your translations across multiple development teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review your internal constraints: If you already have translation processes in place, make sure that the application fits the processes or that the processes can be adapted to the application. Check which features will be usable with your setup. In our case for instance, we use PhraseApp in the cloud but our source code repository is installed on premises: Hence the repository sync functionality does not work out of the box for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and the possibility of downloading and uploading the file again.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes Internet gets very slow if working online

Good translation software but I prefer working with other tools.
Translation Organization
What do you like best about the product?
When using Memsource in a translation capacity, I enjoyed how organized it was and I never feared losing my work or progress. The backup feature where it will save my work if I am disconnected from the internet has been a life saver. I also enjoy the ability to track my own work throughout the software without having to keep a notepad by my computer any longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I did not like about the Memsource software, as I did use the web-based application, is that it would sometimes lag or not respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that Memsource was used to solve was organizing translation tasks. The first benefit was the ability to have translation assignments assigned to me. Then, just simply accepting the assignment and that alerting the necessary parties that I was working on the assignment. Furthermore, it allowed me to send my progress via the confirmation component.

-Back up server that will allow you to upload progress once re-connected to the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Memsource is to use and navigate. It doesn't take very long to learn and it's customizable to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the mobile version and I wish there was an offline version.

Memsource is a reliable way for a company to translate in a fast and easy method.

Memsource Goes Beyond Google Translate
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of being able to translate in a more robust manner than with Google Translate
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is something that I dislike. I wish it was FREE!

Managing an online global community with a barebones staff means that our team has to have access to translation resources.
Good translation service
What do you like best about the product?
It has a user interface that resembles other standalone tools so is extremely simple to get if you recognize with other. You can utilize it free of charge with little files and there's no time at all limitation
What do you dislike about the product?
Amongst the downsides, I miss out on a live sneak peek function many of all and in some cases I want to link my own TMs and glossaries to the tasks I am dealing with, which is presently not possible.
