Friendly UI & Comprehensive Insights

What do you like best about the product?
The features are highly customizable to fit our requirements. They put requested adjustments in a day or so, come up with workarounds within minutes, and responding to our queries promptly. The insight reports are extensive and helps us in making decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing they won't handle immediately to make me like using this product again. Yes, there could be minor bugs at times, which wouldn't hamper your productivity, and gets handled quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for our SaaS management system.
Mostly to keep all software used in our environment in check; in terms of security and budget.
I could find out new software and act on it accordingly.
Their user de-provisioning feature helps our redundant process to be executed more effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice :) This is good stuff..

Well worth trying - good structure, quick impact in reducing SaaS spend

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a business that has organically grown its SaaS licenses over a number of years. As you can imagine, we have overlapping products and that spend needs rationalizing.

Trelica helped us reduce licenses and renewals.

It automated connections with a single login or SSO connection to many providers. It's worth doing this because you get a load more info that would have been a nightmare to get otherwise. We could see the value very quickly, just from having a play with it in the free trial.

It helped review licenses used by the business, got us to the key users quicker and prioritized our pruning of expenses.

I like that it guided us through the exercise. It saved the need for stakeholder interviews, spreadsheets and smoothed over a lot of internal politics. It is purpose-built for exactly what we needed (check over apps and services, save us money).
It added structure. If we hadn't had this, we'd probably have hired a consultant to come in and they would have charged us thousands.

Trelica itself is priced very modestly. Especially compared to the value we got from using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us a little while to track down the admins for the different apps. This was just an internal thing and not really Trelica's fault.

We got good support from Trelica, even when we were in the free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As before - the problem is that we're a business that has grown. The platforms / services / products that we've used have grown with it. We needed to reduce that spend down to sensible levels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give the free trial a shot - you'll get the hang of it really quickly. Team is really approachable if you need a chat to help you through.

Ticks all the boxes

What do you like best about the product?
Trelica ticks all the boxes for SaaS Management needs, and we found it to be very competitively priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. It's worth taking some time to connect some of the 100+ integrations available and explore the results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The usual problems - reduce wasted saas spend and uncover shadow IT. What we're realizing now is all the other possible uses for the product: for example, using their assessments and workflow features to manage vendor onboarding and reviews. We'll be looking into that with Trelica as a next project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You probably don't realize how much money you're wasting on unused SaaS subscriptions and multiple products providing the same thing. Take the free trial to do the discovery process (it's pretty quick) to get an initial impression. Trelica is very responsive and will add any less common integrations that you need.

Amazing insight into our SaaS usage

What do you like best about the product?
The spend management features: Trelica automatically identifies and categorises all our software spend, and then we've been able to customise the automation where necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we dislike. The Trelica product team has been responsive to all our feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our big problem was software spend, it was out of control. We had a lot of wasted user accounts and unnecessary apps. Since implementing Trelica, we can now see a live dashboard of spend, find out which users haven't been using their accounts and deprovision them, and also remove and avoid overlapping or forgotten subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and to get access into. We have been able to ask users to not use certain saas applications because of the security or even because they are personal/not work appropriate (i.e. dating apps) with their GSuite account. We have a couple of thousands of users and it was eye-opening to see where people use their credentials to log in and what permission they grant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Me not having enough time to look at it more often. They continue to offer more features so hopeful they continue growing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us to detect what new technologies we should pay attention to. In a world, with thousands of users and what feels like a million saas applications out there, Trellica has helped us to have a better understanding of what is used what should we stop or promote

An easy way to manage SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
The setup process was quick and easy, and we saw immediate results.
Trelica found all the apps where we’d clicked ‘sign up with Google’ and identified some riskier connections we’d made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Russian language pack needs updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory of apps
Identify any wasteful subscriptions
Reminder or when renewals are coming up - this has given us a chance to shop around or renew at a good price.
We’ve been able to save 15% on our software spend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with Trelica’s free trial to discover your inventory and get a picture of spend. From there, you'll be able to see the value and areas to focus on.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration and near-immediate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I can think of. When we did the initial scan, I had suggested an added feature that reported out the last time an AD account was used. They ended up adding in the feature a week or 2 later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General SAAS app inventory and SAAS app license utilization. Overspend on Microsoft 365 and Salesforce were my biggest concerns and Trelica helped me to validate and resolve both concerns.
